The overall accommodation experience was fine, but the check-in time was significantly delayed until 6 PM.

From the next room noise, couldnt sleep well. We have visited on January, so bit cold. Not recommended for family with kids. Maybe friends

We got the last room. The shower door is missing and there is no hot water for the tap. However the filling of the bathtub water is fast so that you dont have to wait so long. Room is relatively cool in Nov - Dec period at 20oC. Just open the window for fresh air as the aircon still unable to rise the temperature to even 22oC. There have many choices of channels to watch. Relatively good spread for the breakfast, especially the cheese bread. You will need to inform the reception if room service is required.

I booked a business room, but I was given a large room with a swimming pool on Saturday night. My kids were so happy. Thank you.

The counter said that they only replied that they would ask the cleaning staff to change the water later. What kind of nonsense is this? Changing the water is not basic? And there is something wrong with the water quality that can make the water surface bubble like this. The water has not been changed for at least a month. Taichung Mulan is so much better
