F1 Hotel Manila BGC

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

Good location close to the tourist spot. But once parking is full you have to park somewhere else.

Overall good hotel, nice, clean and convenient. My only minus point is that the lobby is at the 5th floor so your check in isn't seamless. For example, drop your luggage at the first floor, go check in at 5th floor and once you check out, go down to 5th floor (lifts are very crowded), then drag your luggage to the ground floor again to drop it there if you still have a few hours before the airport.
