The guest checked out one day early due to a sudden health problem. I called the hotel front desk at 7 am that day to inform them of the situation and said that I would not stay on the last day and needed to check out one day. After that, I communicated with the hotel twice, but the hotel said that the room fee would not be refunded. It is not recommended for mainland tourists or business people to stay in this hotel.
