Hotels near Central Bark BGC, Taguig

We always love to stay at Ascott BGC. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean and well kept. There was one time when my kids left their toys upon checkout and when we came back it was completely stored and kept and our kids had it back.

Room is spacious, tidy and complete with necessities we need for our stay. The location is perfect. We are attending a conference in SM Aura and we could have not find a better hotel. It's super convenient.

I had an amazing experience! I love this Hotel makes me feel relaxed. Will definitely stay here again. Everyone is seem professional.

The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities. The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help. If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help. Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

From the sublime to the ridiculous  1. Lifts - for an attendant to see people waiting and usher in an arriving guest and close the door before others enter - poor 2. Caesar Salad - a disgrace - three lettuce leaves and some stale bread and charge 800php - when told about this a smart hotel would give a refund and apologise - in this case we will inform the chef - better to send him back to school  3. Check out - poor - I had to change my plans and informed them in advance would leave one day early and come back Sunday - result - they and trip.com kept the extra day and the. Will charge me a new charge for the next stay - ridiculous 4. Concierge - barring the incident about one of the team was excellent and deserves full praise for their attention to detail and service  In short can do a lot better for the price and as for trip.com inflexibility - you can keep the money and lose the customer - no issue won’t be booking again via you there are other sites more flexible and understand how to serve a customer better

my go-to nearby hotel from my home when im in need to unwind! very accessible and near to sm aura, market-market, bgc, and palengkes. there’s also a pink themed coffee shop nearby when you go down the street of target range (yappari coffee bar) hotel staffs are really accommodating just got a few prob with the listed below: 1.) room - the cabinet doors are broken and there’s also a mosquito in our room but im fine with it because they gave me my requested room of nice view and near the elevator 2.) check out process- they told us to wait for 5 minutes for room checking but the real wait took longer than expected, 1 hour and 33 minutes to be exact! my first wait when i checked in this hotel also took about an hour but overall experience is as great as usual, would definitely go back again!

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly. Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered. The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

I recently stayed at iHotel Uptown BGC for 2 days and 1 night during a business trip, and it was a pleasant experience. Below are some highlights from my stay: 1. The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television. 3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement: - Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size. - Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests. - Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges. 4. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the city. It’s just meters away from Bonifacio Global City, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 5. Service: Every staff member I encountered was professional and helpful, providing a positive experience throughout my stay. Conclusion: Overall, my stay at iHotel Uptown BGC was enjoyable. The hotel offers great service, a comfortable room, and a convenient location. While some amenities could be improved, I would still recommend it for business travelers.

This is our second stay at the hotel. The first room we received had a very poor internet connection. We sought assistance from the front desk, and they kindly transferred us to a room with a much better connection. As always, the room was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite. However, the breakfast was quite basic, offering only fried eggs and sausages, which was a bit disappointing.
