We reserved 3 rooms and we had the worst experience from check-in until check out.The hotel smells awful, linens have stains, the showers are broken,bathroom of room 304 has no door, the bathrooms are dirty, ACs needs some repair (definitely rooms are HOT), etc...

the hotel is so dim and dark looks like ******* house... so old and flaking walls ..floor is so old and dirty.. and toilet have cockroaches... no shampoo or soap..no water..no towel.. I don't recommend this place for travelers who wanted a comfortable stay... this experience is so bad...the other reddoorz i booked are ok but this reddoorz Minas place no good..

Poor cleanliness, bathroom and toilet is so small and super dirty. There are still pack of cigarettes from previous clients in the room. Towels and blanket is not clean either front desk to hallway up until our room smell bad never recommend to stay red doors at minas place

Worst hotel!! It needs serious renovation for . The Room is damp and moldy. I spent 10 minutes there and I got headache. The staff did not bother to check the room I complained that is moldy. The toilet looks abandoned!

While waiting for their response I immediately rebooked but to my dismay, I was not refunded of my first booking. Please checked on my request booked last Feb 3 and my new booking is Feb 5
