Windows are not up, in winter was still OK, but in summer it is a disaster... Outdoor is 20 just in the night and actually very cozy, but in the room is at least 10 just warmer and very gay, as you cannot open the window... So in winter 5 stars but in summer only 2 stars

Old school basic Soviet era hotel, tucked away around the back of other buildings.  Everything was clean, warm and worked, quiet and good sleep.  Not in the centre but it's not far to walk... I'd go back.
