Ortaca Hotels with Pools

”Otel konum olarak gerçekten mükemmel bir yerde. Şehrin merkezine ve gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakın, aynı zamanda sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor. Otelin her köşesi tertemizdi, hijyen konusunda son derece titizler. Odalar modern dizayn edilmiş, mobilyalar yeni ve konforlu. Banyosu pırıl pırıldı, mis gibi kokuyordu. Klima, TV, Wi-Fi gibi olanaklar sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Kahvaltı tam anlamıyla harikaydı. Geniş bir açık büfe sunuluyor; taze sebzeler, çeşitli peynirler,sıcak seçenekler .Her sabah keyifle güne başladık. Personel çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Resepsiyondan temizlik görevlilerine kadar herkes güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve işini severek yapıyor. Her talebimiz hızlı ve nazik bir şekilde karşılandı. Bu kadar kaliteli hizmetin böylesine uygun bir fiyata sunulması gerçekten takdire şayan. Genel olarak konfor, temizlik, konum, kahvaltı ve hizmet kalitesi açısından beklentimin çok üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadım. Bundan sonraki seyahatlerimde ilk tercihim olacak. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.” Ali bey ve ailesine teşekkür ederim.

What we liked: The hotel is super clean. Our room was great, big and beautiful. We walked with barefoot on the floor, because of the cleanliness. The bathroom big enough and clean. The products in the bathroom are from L'Occitane, a premium manufacturer of shampoos and cosmetics. The surrounding of the hotel is very pleasing. Everywhere colorful plants, flowers and trees. The setup is just amazing a little bit of Italy (Toskana) and Thailand. Carefully decorated with a high degree of pleasing details. The pool area is just as amazing as the rest. The pool itself is filled with warm water. There are enough towels and sun lounger. Don't miss the amazing sunset. Just beautiful. In summary, if you want to avoid the crowded place and appreciate privacy this is the place to be. Staff is very friendly. You get a fresh cocktail and a plate of fresh fruits as a welcome gift. What we did not like: As much as we liked the hotel the breakfast and the service was not able to keep u with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast with one word was catastrophic. To put it in perspective. The hotel has ”only” 11 rooms. So the amount of guest waiting for their breakfast is more than managable. They only had one official waiter. The selection was really bad. Some jams, which we did not like. Some sausage with eggs (turkish dish), olives. That's it. No chocolate cream or cream cheese. What really was disappointing was that we constanly had to ask for bread. It was as if they intentionally wanted to annoy the guests. As the waiter always brought one or two slices of bread. Even other guest were really pissed of. The ”highlight” was that we asked for orange juice, which was not fresh, it was packed. They did not tell us, that orange juice is not for free. So it came in surprise to us when we checked out. Nobody told us. This is a scam. They had filter coffee and instant coffee as well as coffee from a coffee machine. The filter coffee was for free. Unfortunately the filter caffee was not always available. Instead they provided us with instant coffee powder, which was also billed at checkout. Again nobody told us, that this will cost, let alone, that it is more than rude to sell instant coffee. In summary the breakfast does not match the price tag and is disappointing. Not a good way of starting into the day. Eating at the hotel restaurant is kind of gambling. There is no information available regarding the available dishes and of course price tag. You have to ask. And I can tell you, the price will depend on who is asking. This is ridiculous and does not suit the ”wanna be” high quality of the rest. The hotel is accessible by a gate. You drive with your own car into the premise. Driving in and out is annoying, as you have to wait until somebody notice that you want to drive in or out (precious time is wasted). In summary, this hotel could achieve 10 of 10 points, by changing litte. Breakfast is no rocketscience. Staff is really friendly but not always

Everything was superb! The hotel is new, clean, and located on a quiet street. It's literally a 5-minute walk to the lively center and the promenade. There's also a Migros supermarket nearby. The breakfast was excellent, Turkish style, plus scrambled eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. The beds and pillows were perfect, and all necessary toiletries were provided. There's a heated pool. We had a family room with a balcony, and it was lovely sitting there and enjoying the mountain views. I definitely recommend it!

When I go back to the same environment, this hotel will be my first choice

A great hotel for families with children 0-8 years, a quiet atmosphere, a lot of swimming pools, delicious food and good service. I didn't like the sea, it was difficult to compete by being near Fethie and Marmaris...

Fairy Resort, the hotel can fish 🎣, breakfast is delicious 😋 The manager is very good, help arrange the room is very satisfied, the booked cruise ship can come to the hotel pier to pick up Iztuzu Beach, the beach is also the most beautiful beach we have encountered in Turkey this time, the blue shell 🦀 booked for dinner is very delicious, I took my father and daughter to travel for two days. They all felt that they didn't have enough. The local prices were friendly. The front desk was also very suitable for helping exchange! The only downside is that the bath water is light salt water, but it is still worth playing!

This was my 4th time, staying at Yakut. Don't expect The Ritz, but at £82 for 3 nights, its great value. Super clean, comfy and spacious, with the lovely owner Hakan. The photo is this mornings view from my balcony, a perfect start to the day.

A beautiful hotel near the embankment. From the balcony, the view of the tomb and the central street. The staff is very welcoming. You feel like home. Breakfast on the terrace on the roof. The view is excellent. The room is spacious enough comfort. No special drawbacks have noticed.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.
