Djerba Hotels with Pools

My first impression of the hotel was it’s not professional as they did not receive my booking even though it was fully paid before arrival. I had to resend the confirmation email for them to retrieve my booking. The hotel looked unlively. The room was nice with good view. However they need to upgrade the mattress. Breakfast was very basic without much choice. We enjoyed the sea and indoor pool though.

The animation team composed of Samia Soumaya nadou rayen zack Lilou hamza they are extraordinary and really prof Even if I know that it is not easy to animate a hotel with more than 1200 customers.but they are assured all the bears I wish them a good continuation The food is to be reviewed especially in terms of diversity. Big problem with the rooms sanitation but everything has been resolved Thank you to the reception team of the customer service for their responsiveness and professionalism and especially their patience

The staff are very welcoming, the food was varied however there was a queue for hot dishes, for crux who have the all inclusive soft formula a cafeteria is at your disposal until 11 p.m. to serve hot drinks (Coffees, teas) and cold (Juices and soft drinks). The rooms are clean and the maid service comes every day to do the cleaning. There was entertainment at night. Regarding sports activities, we did aquagym in the swimming pool with a coach, basketball and arrow throwing. There are two swimming pools and a third for small children. For those who want to go to the beach, you have to leave the hotel and walk 3 minutes and there was a party reserved for the Venice Beach hotel.

The room was very dark and the air conditioning was very good. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
