The hotel is in a great location! Right by the river. You can drink coffee and enjoy the scenery while sitting in the room. The room is also large, clean and well-equipped. It is the most well-equipped hotel I have ever stayed in a foreign country. There is no other hotel with small items such as soap and body lotion. The hotel also has a swimming pool. Due to the low temperature, I gave up exercising. The breakfast seems to be the same as other hotels. It is simple and there is no problem eating enough. The location is not far from Heidelberg Central Station and is convenient for travel.

An old hotel with a sense of history. The breakfast is of good quality. It is quiet and comfortable. The antique shop on the way out is worth visiting. Lao Zhao Noodle House is nearby and is very delicious.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe city is not big, it's very close to the old street, and it's also a certain distance from the central railway station. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is standard. There is nothing delicious around.
CCharming ChanClose Proximity to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (train station, just approximately 8 minutes walk). I am amazed at the complete furniture, even microwaves to cook our breakfast for the following day. More like an apartment than just a hotel. Nice stay
HhechimaruThe reception was very friendly. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the tourist area, but it is close to the central station where trains to Frankfurt and other areas stop, so it was easy to move around with a suitcase. You order amenities yourself from your smartphone, but it took an hour to get one pair of slippers. Also, the staff other than the reception staff were not very good. There was an a la carte menu in addition to the buffet for breakfast, but it never came (I ended up not eating it).
MMiaomiao68The hotel is in a relatively modern area of Heidelberg, not in the old town. Parking is located downstairs of the hotel and costs 14.8 euros. The room is quite clean and not too big.
CcclantianHotel front desk service is very good. It is a very old hotel, the key we used feels like the 18th century. Most rooms have terraces. It feels like a typical German country-style hotel with a good view around. It is about 10 minutes drive from the King Lake boat ride and about 30-40 minutes walk.
The bed is soft and the bathroom is small.
AAnonymous UserIt is very convenient to drive by yourself, much cheaper than staying in Heidelberg Intercity, the service is also very good, the staff are very enthusiastic, coupled with the hotel name, and the suburban countryside scenery, there is always an illusion of being in South America... The breakfast is OK, overall, it is highly recommended for self-driving tourists.
Finally, Heidelberg is so beautiful!
GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient, there is a separate parking space, and the fee is not high. The room is very exquisite, although it is small but fully equipped. Although it is very close to the station, the glass sound insulation is excellent, and it is a bit noisy when the window is opened.
AAnonymous UserThe room is very chic, the suites inside and outside are all 1.2 meters single beds, and the inner room is two single beds together. Pure self-check in is still the first time. It's a bit noisy by the aisle.
Luggage can be stored, but it is the second floor of the elevator. The first time I saw the elevator door, I needed to manually open it. Exquisite small hotel.
It is a minute's walk from Heidelberg City, and it is recommended to go to the castle to Uber6-7 knife.
BBlack oliveThe advantage is that it is a quiet neighborhood, not crowded, and there is a large supermarket nearby, so shopping is easy.
Parking was free in front of the hotel and smart TV was available.
I was able to watch Netflix
The downside was that the soundproofing wasn't good, so there was a lot of noise between floors, and the hallway was a bit noisy. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes.
RRebelheartLocation: across the street, ~5 mins from the hbf.
Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!)
Lift: old and small but it works!
Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out.
Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small.
Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!
