Our stay at this lakeside hotel was exceptional. The personnel was not only nice and friendly but also remarkably helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location by the lake, with easy access to main tourist attractions (a quick taxi ride away), made exploring the city a delight. The room was spacious and flawlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with an excellent spread, including freshly prepared noodles. The reception staff demonstrated outstanding assistance, always ready to help with anything we needed. A top choice for those seeking a superb blend of location, comfort, and service.

The location is very good to find, the front desk called in advance to reserve a parking space, took the initiative to help with the luggage, and also sent welcome fruit. The seafood hot pot eaten upstairs in the hotel at night tastes good, the ingredients are very fresh, the only downside is that the waiter in the restaurant does not know if he is in a bad mood. I was frowned when I served the food. I wouldn't have called him if the hot pot gas tank was always out.

The hotel service is warm, whether it is welcoming guests, front desk or restaurant. It is completely unexpectedly good! It is my first time to Jiayuguan on a business trip, and my friend recommended it here. Parking is very convenient and free. The hotel environment is very good. Nanhu Park is not far from the hotel, which is very convenient for going out for a walk. The hotel room is very large, the overall decoration is very new and clean, especially the bathtub is also very clean, the side bath is separated, and you can check in with confidence. The most thoughtful thing is that when I checked out, the front desk learned that I had to drive a long-distance car for a long time, and specially sent two bottles of warm mineral water, which was very thoughtful.
In the past few years, I have stayed in more than 70 or 80 hotels, and this is the only time that touched me. In short, the cost performance is super high! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserI had a half-day schedule blank in Jiayuguan, so I booked a room for four hours with my friends. I just wanted to take a short rest, but the check-in experience was really amazing. First of all, the location is very good, the room is very clean, ordinary standard room but fully equipped, and a long desk (friendly for homework). The most surprising and touching thing is the hotel's service. Although we only stayed for four hours, the hotel's service is very attentive. Knowing that we will go to Dunhuang by train at night, the hotel immediately offered to send us to the train station on time, so that we could have dinner with peace of mind. In the end, there was an episode. We arrived at the train station only to find out that I had left a shoulder bag in the hotel lobby, and then the driver returned immediately, relaying the bag, at the speed of life and death! Finally caught up, thank you so much! ! ! Although I only stayed in Jiayuguan for one day, the check-in experience of Shuimo Mingguan made the comfort of this trip soar. It's amazing, thank you again!

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

GGuiluweihouThe room is very big and very warm. You don’t need to cover yourself with a quilt when sleeping at night. The heating in the north is really good. It’s not like the cold in the south where you can’t even take your hands out. There is also a small table in the room which is convenient for eating and drinking tea. You don’t have to sit on the bed anymore. While eating, I accidentally spilled something on the bed.
Service: The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic
Environment: Just a few hundred meters away is the Fuqiang Night Market, where you can find everything to eat and drink, as well as internet celebrity shops.

GGuest UserThe best hotel to stay in during the Great Northwest Loop Tour. A four-star hotel with the best environment, hygiene and service attitude. The three ordinary standard rooms we booked were all upgraded to business standard rooms free of charge. Each room has a balcony and a fruit plate, which is really not too comfortable. Next time I go to Northwest, I will definitely go there again.

Although the parking lot is tight, the hotel has a dedicated man to help direct it, and it was parked quickly. Thumbs up.
The first night, I went to a nearby barbecue restaurant to pack some barbecue. The next morning, I asked the lady at the front desk to help me heat it up in the microwave. The service attitude was super good. The next day, I was able to happily show off my barbecue on the highway. Who feels like this? Got it
All in all, I recommend everyone to stay here

GGuest UserHuili Business Apartment. Like the name implies it caters more for businessmen. If you don’t have a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. Though taxis are a good standby. As a 4* hotel it is huge and expansive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. Nevertheless the room I was given was well equipped for a good night’s stay. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help with queries though one of them was a bit clueless. However the much touted night market was a letdown. It was quite a walk away and did not seem to be functioning fully. At night the whole area is aglow with attractive twinkling lights making the hotel look like a fairyland. I have nothing to complain about the hotel because I paid a very good price to stay here and they even allowed me a late check-out!

RRuoxiangyi1981Although the room is small, it is clean and hygienic. The service staff are very friendly. There is a free pick-up service, fruits every day, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. People who sleep lightly should not choose this room type.
