"This hotel was truly amazing! The room felt incredibly fresh upon entering, and the bedding was spotless. It was a truly comfortable stay. Fruit and milk were provided, and a late-night snack was even offered.
And our housekeeper, Li Ping, was incredibly friendly! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and patiently guided us. We also had quick and thoughtful responses to any small requests. For example, when I asked about nearby restaurants, she even gave us detailed recommendations for reputable ones. She was incredibly thoughtful. When I forgot something at the hotel, she even reached out and helped me return it. It was truly heartwarming!"

"The staffs are very helpful and delightful to serve. They upgraded our room and early checking in for us, plus gave us extra complementary breakfast due to early arrival. The air-conditioning was a bit warm but ok after late night/ over night. Currently no self laundry equipments on site, not a big deal since we were not in rush. PPhilip BreitensteinVery nice hotel in Jiayuguan. The room is nice, clean and the bed is very good. There are plenty of nice restaurants for food close by. The staff is nice and helpfully but as elsewhere in China, when asking if there is a bus to somewhere they will tell you to take a taxi.
There is a bus (bus 6) that goes directly to the Fort, it literally stops in front of the hotel and it costs one Yuan (pay cash; no Alipay or Weixin in the bus but a different app). You can also rent a HelloRide scooter to get around. You can't get to the Overhanging Wall and the First Beacon with the scooter (it is outside of the service area; so you have to take a taxi since there is actually no bus there 😊 ).

The staff at the reception were so helpful. No English spoken but with all the apps communication is not a big issue. It just take more time 🤔😅
The room was big. Great bathroom. A lot of space and storage available. Good air conditioning system.
Breakfast was simply delicious and every day there were different items available. Not much western food but anyway Chinese food is healthier. Staff there was lovely.
The fitness area is a bit minimalist.
Self laundry is available and works great.
I will return for sure.
A Personal tip to people visiting Jiayuguan: I suggest getting to the wall first thing in the morning after breakfast. Taxis is the only option.In July 2024 the price I paid (Meter as usual) was 26 Yuans. After visiting that place take a taxi to the fortress (Jiayu pass) as it is on the way to the city anyway. The cost was 11 Yuans and it is very close to the fortress unlike the main ticket office located 2 Km away (where the bus nr 4 stops).
Further tip if you like HotPot restaurants the NanjiaXiang is a great choice at a very reasonable price. It is 800 meters away from the hotel.

FFacu31Our stay was excellent. We arrived at night, very tired after a long journey, and were warmly and efficiently welcomed. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The service provided by all the staff—from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast area—was consistently kind and professional.
A great advantage was the self-service laundry facilities, which allowed us to wash our clothes conveniently. Another highlight was the varied buffet breakfast: everything was fresh and delicious, and we truly enjoyed it—trying a few new dishes for the first time!
The location is outstanding, just across from the station. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation and will certainly recommend it.

The location was incredibly convenient. It wasn't far from any of the attractions, and with plenty of malls and convenience stores nearby, it was super easy to go sightseeing or find places to eat. The front desk attendant during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She not only processed everything quickly but also impressed me with her impeccable attention to detail.
The room was spotlessly clean, which was very reassuring. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making it easy to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant herbal scent. Even essentials like a hairdryer and charging outlets were thoughtfully provided.

GGuest UserI stayed only one night here. This hotel is really clean and the pictures accurate. It seems that the room has been renovated recently, it is nice really practical.
You can reach the castle (the fort) easily by walking. Even though the owner doesn't speak English, with a translation App we managed to understand eachother. He drop me off at the train station early morning. I recommend this hotel. This comment has been written by a French traveller.
Je suis resté ici une seule nuit. Cet hôtel est vraiment propre et les photos correspondent bien. Il semblerait que la chambre ait été rénovée récemment, et elle est vraiment mignonne et pratique. Il est facile de rejoindre le fort à pied. Bien que le propriétaire ne parle pas anglais, il est aisé d'échanger avec lui grâce à une application de traduction. Il m'a déposé à la gare de bon matin, ce qui fut très pratique. C'est une personne très serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel. Ce commentaire a été écrit par un voyageur français.

WWanneeThe hotel design is outstanding but it is not easy to spend your life in practical. The room number in both at key card and in front of the room is difficult to read. The rest room have no place to hang your towel and cloths. The light in the room is very dim. The very well hotel design did not match with the paper cups they provided for drinking any drinks in the room. Ceramic mug is not too expensive to provide for guest to use as other hotel. The kettle should be cleaned up or replacing with new one. It don’t think it is expensive or there is many method to clean up this stain in the internet. Staff is helpful but very few only one person at a time. The way to the breakfast room is very complicated with no any sign. What I like most is breakfast room. Very relax deign and various food option.

The room is air-conditioned and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The children said the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting.
