The hotel is located perfectly. It is in the center and on top of a shopping mall with many dining options.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and offered different dishes daily.
Overall very satisfied, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Jiayuguan.

I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. The room is very clean, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Any problems will be solved immediately. The attitude is very good. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Jiayuguan.

The hotel service is warm and considerate. The handsome guy who picked us up at the station enthusiastically introduced the beautiful scenery of Jiayuguan to us. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and the room is large and clean. There are many delicious foods next to the hotel, just two steps downstairs. The location is excellent. The Yakexi barbecue next door is very delicious.

The best hotel to stay in during the Great Northwest Loop Tour. A four-star hotel with the best environment, hygiene and service attitude. The three ordinary standard rooms we booked were all upgraded to business standard rooms free of charge. Each room has a balcony and a fruit plate, which is really not too comfortable. Next time I go to Northwest, I will definitely go there again.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the pillows were moderately soft and hard. I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon of August 31st. The two beautiful ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive, and enthusiastically directed me to the location of the city museum. Introducing food transportation. Helped to deliver the suitcases to the room. Let us go across the street (120 meters away) to visit the City Museum without any worries.
The museum exhibits many items with a strong sense of age. It resonated a lot with my husband and me.
For breakfast, we had 8 yuan beef noodles from Masongji outside the hotel. The taste is average.
There is a halal restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. The 98 yuan set meal is very good and the portion is large. It took 3 people to finish it. Hand-held meat is worth eating.
We also met an enthusiastic female taxi driver, Master Liu (18093732612), and decided to charter a car to visit Jiayuguan Pass, the first pier, and the cantilever Great Wall. My husband and I enjoyed the trip without any worries, and Master Liu didn't rush us. At the end of the tour, they sent us directly to Jiayuguan South Station (many one-day tours do not include drop-off at the South Station). The cost of chartering a car for one day is 200 yuan. If you need it, you can find Master Liu.

Although the parking lot is tight, the hotel has a dedicated man to help direct it, and it was parked quickly. Thumbs up.
The first night, I went to a nearby barbecue restaurant to pack some barbecue. The next morning, I asked the lady at the front desk to help me heat it up in the microwave. The service attitude was super good. The next day, I was able to happily show off my barbecue on the highway. Who feels like this? Got it

+Hotel location is good, eat and drink a lot nearby.
+Although the room sparrow is small and complete, the decoration is new, the sofa, the small table are available, and the mattress is comfortable. Bathing toilets are separated and dry and wet are separated.
- During the stay, there were only a few degrees at night, but unfortunately the air conditioner did not heat up. It was 18 or 9 degrees all night. It was a bit cold after the shower.
- Projection is not as comfortable as watching TV.
The overall cost-effective, I also went to the main building to see before I checked in, the room was too old, and the newly renovated East Building was recommended.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the bath water is hot and very comfortable.
Hygiene: It's clean and no dead spots were found.
Environment: The hotel is a bit far away from the old city, but next to it is the 4A-level scenic spot East Lake Park. The night view is beautiful and you can overlook the Qilian Snow Mountain.
Service: I received a call from the hotel front desk in the morning and took the initiative to reserve a parking space for us. We received warm hospitality as soon as we arrived at the hotel door. The staff were proactive and professional. The welcome snacks in the room gave us a small surprise. The restaurant staff also introduced us to the scenery of Jiayuguan, which left us with wonderful memories.

GGuest UserThe experience from check-in to check-out was super great! The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is)
I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich!
I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

TTrNguyenThere are many restaurants around and the bus stop is a short walk. Easy to catch a taxi. Staff is helpful despite our language barriers, we managed to communicate with translator apps. Hostel is relatively clean but can be improved and more organized. For example, the faucets and mirrors need to be cleaned more thoroughly. There aren’t toilet tissues.

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

It is very close to Fantawild Phase 2. After a day of playing, my baby and I had a good sleep. In addition, it actually includes breakfast, complete with eggs and side dishes, and it tastes good!
Finally, I want to talk about the myna at the door of the inn (it must be myna). He actually understood what we were saying and nodded. He was very spiritual!
Finally, I would like to praise the boss for his carefulness and thoughtfulness, thank you very much!

GGuest UserHuili Business Apartment. Like the name implies it caters more for businessmen. If you don’t have a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. Though taxis are a good standby. As a 4* hotel it is huge and expansive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. Nevertheless the room I was given was well equipped for a good night’s stay. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help with queries though one of them was a bit clueless. However the much touted night market was a letdown. It was quite a walk away and did not seem to be functioning fully. At night the whole area is aglow with attractive twinkling lights making the hotel look like a fairyland. I have nothing to complain about the hotel because I paid a very good price to stay here and they even allowed me a late check-out!

TThamFriendly and courteous counter staff. Guests were provided fruits and biscuits upon checking in. Beside the hotel there is a 24 hours restaurant. In additin there are food stuff and drinks vending machines available on ground and each floor. Strategically located within distance from tourist attractions. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel when we visit Jiayuguan.

However there were around 10 mid-size blue spots on the white bedsheets that looked very suspicious
The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are saying… Or doing…
Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so it’s quite slippery when you leave the shower

The room is air-conditioned and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The children said the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting. Breakfast says milk, yogurt, bread, eggs. You can set your own time at the front desk, which ends at 10 o'clock. If you arrive late, there may be no milk and yogurt. Overall it's pretty good.
