設施：新開的帳篷酒店，有地暖和空調。全景綠色，舒服。停車場挺大，有充電樁。 衞生：衞生ok，偶有螞蟻蜘蛛，在山裡可以接受。 環境：環境很贊，休閑很舒服。 服務：看得出每個服務人員都很用心。可能是清明假期顧客暴增的原因，感覺準備不足。聽到服務員説點了11條魚但是衹備了三條😂。我們晚飯點了餐等了好久還沒上菜，小朋友餓的不行了，就退掉，另外買了方便麪泡給小朋友。回到房間大概一小時後，沒想到經理直接把飯菜送到房間了，而且沒收錢，太客氣了。第二天早飯稍微簡單一些，尚可。 整體上看，看得出這家民宿在假期訂單暴增的情況下人手不大夠，但是他們非常理解客户，能從客户的角度想問題，有非常強烈的願望想把服務做好。希望越做越好！

Very happy with the room but not satisfied with the facilities. Because I had children with me, I asked the front desk when I checked in, what was the temperature of the swimming pool? The reply is 28 degrees. I thought it was great at the time, but when we went swimming, the water in the swimming pool was freezing cold, less than 20 degrees. But the staff kept saying it was 25 degrees. Is this our first time swimming? We went once at noon and again in the evening. The water temperature remains freezing cold. The swimming pool configuration of a five-star hotel is terrible. After negotiating with the staff many times, they still said that the water temperature was over 24 degrees Celsius. Probably they didn't even try it themselves. The entire pool of water was cold, and I didn't even know it. Very unprofessional.

The environment is very good, very quiet, the infinity pool is also very good to swim ➕ film, breakfast is also very rich, there are many types and delicious, and we also sent wild plums grown by our homestay. The only regret is that in the summer, there are more mosquitoes in the mountains, and the big spiders were found on the bed before going to bed. Disadvantages: 1) All rooms and facilities are non-smoking. 2) For guests who need to push a stroller or wheelchair, the road here is basically impossible to push, and the situation of the stone road can be seen in the photo. 3) Guests planning to come in winter pay attention to that all hot spring pools are not open. The shuttle bus to the top of the mountain does not operate. If you need to go to the observation deck on the mountain, you need to walk for half an hour to forty minutes. If you are with the governor and children, you don't have to consider it. 4) The toilet in the room (at least Luchai is like this) is in an open space and there is no isolation door. For specific situations, please see the photos, and you need to consider the degree of intimacy between your residents before you check in. 5) If you need coffee, be sure to bring your own, the room and the entire villa do not provide coffee, there is no takeaway to deliver, the nearest coffee shop needs to drive 20 minutes. 6) If you plan to come in winter, you must find the weather situation and stay for five days, of which four days Guangde has smog. The air quality is not good.
