Kaiyuan Hotel is a good hotel in Guangde, but I didn't expect the hygiene to be unsatisfactory. I took a shower right away when I arrived at the hotel in the evening because I was a little tired. After the shower, I found a stain next to the bathtub. The front desk suggested that we change rooms, but all our belongings were already spread out and we were really not happy to change rooms. The waiter brought comfort fruit and cleaned the room. The facilities are pretty good, and there are small gifts before leaving. I still hope that the hygiene will be better before I choose to come again
