The service is very warm, the front desk and the manager are very kind. But in the first two days, there was a problem with the heating supply in the house. The maintenance staff still had no heating after debugging for a long time, and they tried to change the next room to no avail. In the end, there was no way to give us a plug-in hot air blower. In addition, everything else is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, there are supermarkets and many restaurants.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If the experience we had had been at a $79/night side of the road motel, I would've been much more laissez-faire about it. However, we paid $180, plus parking, plus a $35 pet fee, and would've been more comfortable sleeping in our car. The 2 main issues were: 1. The heat doesn't work on some of the floors. My understanding is the first 3 are the main issue. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean it never reached more than 17 degrees, and cold air blew from the vents straight at the beds THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a problem they know about. They've had people in to fix it, but ”can't”. So, when it's -30 outside, this hotel is charging people $180 to stay in hotel rooms THEY KNOW have no heat! ***?! Do they have heaters, i asked? Some, but not enough for every room, so we were out of luck. In order to actually manage to sleep, we kept a pot of water boiling on the stove all night, went to Canadian Tire to buy our own heater, and each slept with 3 blankets and our clothes on. They offered us extra blankets, but only sent 1 for 4 people and 3 beds. We had to call down 4 times, each time we were on hold for over 10 minutes becausevthe place was a gong show. This leads me to the second issue.. 2. Management of the hotel. This place is BUSY. There was never not a line up at the front desk. Like i said earlier, every time I called down I was on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen a hotel this size not have at least 2 people on the front desk, but there was only 1. A couple manager looking women walked around, back and forth into the office, etc, but never jumped onto the other desk to help out. It was ridiculous. When we first went up to our room and realized the heat didn't work, we called down to the woman who checked us in to complain. She acted surprised about the heat and gave us the only other room in the hotel because they were full. I waited in line for half an hour to get new keys, and when I got to the front desk a different clerk was now telling me my reservation had ended and there was no room for me. We spent another 10 minutes going around and around, while I tried to explain what had happened. This is when we were told that the heating is a problem they know about and can't fix (not the story we heard from the other clerk) but were assured that the new room would have heat. Nope, that was a lie as well. I could go on, but that's the gist. I'll never stay again.

We came for a mini family vacation and our stay was excellent. The shuttle for the Rider game stops right at the hotel which was great, we didn't have to worry about getting to and from the game. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, same with the staff in the restaurant. The pool temperature was a home run, it made our time there very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

The price is moderate, the room is relatively large, and the facilities are a bit dated. I wanted to give 1 point for hygiene because I saw a few hairs on the quilt as soon as I entered the door, so we did n’t cover the quilt ... Unlimited breakfast for five dollars Let the waiter take it. There is an indoor swimming pool in the middle of the two buildings. I wonder if it will taste great if I live on both sides? In addition, parking is free.

We have stayed at this property in previous visits, and they are as good as ever. The price is right and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our free breakfast at the restaurant next door and cocktails at the adjacent sports bar. The location is perfect for our needs to visit relatives and it is pretty quiet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

As always I wanna thank Josh for all of his help this time around like the last couple of times. My only complaint would be, that during the last couple of nights I was there, Friday and Saturday, it seemed as though there were teams of maybe high school aged kids staying, and they seemed to have zero respect for hotel stay and little or no supervision, as the ones staying on the same floor as me, caused noise and ruckus and total disregard for this around them for hours late into the evening and into the early morning. I was tempted to call the front desk to make a complaint, but let it slide once they seemed to settle down finally for the night. It’s a little rediculous to let so many kids run around unsupervised in a hotel environment. Now I know it’s not the fault of the hotel or the staff, and I’m by no means putting blame there, but someone needs to do something in future. Also, I’m going to try to get a room on the rear of the hotel because on the Victoria side it’s way too nosiey at night to sleep. Other than that my stay was good.

We stayed here the end of July into August for 9 nights. The room key issue that was written about in June has still not been resolved. We had to get new keys every day of our stay and sometimes twice a day. The hotel was in a great location for what we were in town for. Unfortunately it is in desperate need of some TLC. Toilet keeping running, ended up fixing myself, broken and cracked light and plug switches bathtub tap was loose and wouldn't turn all the way off, again had to fix myself. The breakfast issue from previous reviews appears to have been resolved with no problems there for us. I am a Wyndham Club Member and was not recognized as one on arrival. Very disappointed that the only response I received about the room key issue was, ”that's the way our system works”. A sorry or a discount would have gone a long way in my books, but nothing. We are booked here for Christmas, seriously thinking of changing hotels if this is how they treat their guests.

I stayed here for 1 night while visiting Regina. The rate was decent and the area looked good. The room was clean and comfortable. It looked well maintained. Good amenities in the bathroom. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. I did notice the lobby and pool area had renovations going on, which made it a bit loud and dusty. I'm sure it will be ok once the work is completed. The area is good, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's also a close drive to the airport. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is located on the side of the road and is easier to find. We arrived at more than ten in the evening and the front desk helped us check in immediately. The only small problem is that the front desk said I'd better not fill in all the guests' names, because this will cause it to form multiple check-in slips. It's best to just fill in my name. However, this is not a big problem. Anyway, the check-in was successful, and it didn't take long.
The rooms are medium in size. We have two double beds, three adults, one primary school child and one baby. The beds are relatively small, but they are clean and comfortable. The restrooms are relatively simple, with basic toiletries provided. But no toothbrush, no comb. We brought it ourselves, so we didn't ask if it was available at the front desk. The breakfast restaurant is not very big, 6: 30-9: 30 breakfast time, not many choices, compared to other hotel chains, breakfast is not very ideal. But it's ok to be full. Breakfast was withdrawn at 9:30 on time. I do n’t know if it was because we were staying at Christmas and people had to leave work early.
Other facilities are not much to try, the pool and jacuzzi are not very big, but children are enough to play. Parking is at the door, there are large supermarkets, gas stations, western restaurants, and the surrounding area is more convenient.

GGuest UserIf I could give 6 stars I would. I was in Regina on business and it happened to be my birthday as well. Not only did the hotel leave a Happy Birthday card signed by 20+ members of the staff, I was upgraded to the Royal Suite for the night. Wow wow wow. The most lavish room in the entire hotel close to 1500 sq ft of living space !! It was unbelievable. All of my stays in Regina are at HotelSask as they have never let me down. Kunal the GM personally contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The front desk staff Gloria, Vishnudas and Marcia are first rate awesome people too!
GGuest UserI’ve stayed at this location several times now and when the price is right I would stay again. It is consistently clean with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We’ve eaten at the restaurant once and the food was good, service was slow that evening even though it wasn’t busy. I liked being able to get Starbucks coffee and fresh breakfast to go in the morning. My major complaint with this place is having to pay for parking and the location feels a little sketchy but I don’t go out at night.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise. Will stay there again! Everything from the reception at the front desk to the service at the complimentary breakfast was top notch. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel stay. Lots of options and really good quality. The hotel and its staff should be commended.
YYANHUAStayed with the children for one night, the location is very good, in the city center, and the hygiene is good. In a two-bed room, there is no problem with sleeping with a child. Check-in at the front desk is very quick, and check-out is also very quick. Breakfast has butter bread, muffins, yogurt, juice and fruit cups, large quantities!
GREAT hotel near the Regina airport - all of the amenities( hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge) including a bath robe! Everything was clean and well stocked: hand cream, soap, coffee, tea. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and looked after my needs for a shuttle to the airport at 4:00 am quickly and easily. Restaurants close by and a well stocked snack area in the lobby.
GGuest UserGood location. Quiet & safe part of town.
Staff was polite but not overly helpful.
Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining.
Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying.
Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range.
Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.
MMichael PawlowskiThe service was excellent. The staff member in the breakfast room was fantastic. We have never had such a pleasurable experience where a complementary breakfast was offered. The food was delicious.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant.
Would definitely stay again.
I was very skeptical about this hotel because of the reviews. I am glad I took the chance. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to identify because it really doesn’t have any signs on the actual building to identify it,they are renovating so maybe that’s why. There is a lot of parking and check in was quick. The elevator is bumpy but works. The room was on the smaller side but it was clean. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds are comfortable. The shower is amazing as it has a rainfall head as well as a hand held. The breakfast is a hot to order with 3 choices,if you don’t like the choices the coupon is worth $10 off the menu per person. It was a very good breakfast.Staff is very friendly. If you are looking for budget accommodation that’s clean this is perfect
GGuest UserIt's a little difficult to locate at first as it is hidden behind a Truck Base of some sort and its in the middle of a number of hotels. The staff were a bit yes sir three bags full sir which is ok, The rooms were tidy and clean and were serviced daily. There was access to the room from the outside and internal. There was no breakfast unless you count a bun and a muesli bar given on request at reception. It can be noisy and I thought the trucks would have been a noise problem but they weren't. It is a bit run down and shabby. There are a few eating places nearby and a bar/restaurant across the road.
