Great
GGuest UserIt should be a remarkable hotel in Saskatchewan, with the smell of old money everywhere. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The hotel lobby also has its own bar where you can relax in the evening.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel itself was nice. The amenities were good, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient.
However, our experience with security wasn’t great. We came with friends and were just spending time together in the room, nothing excessive, but security approached us and threatened to kick us out. That part felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
Aside from that situation, the property and facilities were solid. I just think the hotel could improve how situations like that are handled so guests feel respected while still following the rules.

AAnonymous UserI will give the good in the bed first of all very good location from the airport. There are many places to go to around the area stores or restaurants no problem gas stations very clean Hotel
now the bad. The mattress are very, very horrible absolutely terrible you sink down. It’s way too soft in your back will hurt. You cannot get a comfortable night sleep that is a dealbreaker. Also did not clean my room even though I hung the door sign for the maid to clean it in the morning it was ignored. Therefore all they gave me was clean towels when I got back late afternoon, so the service was not good.

SStacy LeighThe staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud it was so comfortable. They've got a really cool pancake maker, and they gave me the contract so I could get one. Is right across the road from a Walmart

MMichael PawlowskiThe service was excellent. The staff member in the breakfast room was fantastic. We have never had such a pleasurable experience where a complementary breakfast was offered. The food was delicious.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant.
Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserGood location. Quiet & safe part of town.
Staff was polite but not overly helpful.
Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining.
Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying.
Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range.
Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.

GGuest UserStayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was a reasonable size with a nice layout, but the cleanliness was just average.
Overall, it didn’t really feel up to the usual Four Points by Sheraton standard, and after checking in I understood why its price on Trip.com is noticeably lower than other hotels of the same category.
It was fine for a short two-night stay, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try another hotel in a similar price range for comparison.
