Mississauga Hotels with Pools

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus from the airport, and the driver even helps with luggage, which is great. The hotel service is excellent, and all the staff are very helpful. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, the food tastes good.

The location is somewhat removed, but it is accessible to the highway and there are bus stops nearby. The facility itself more than met my expectations. There was a pipe that burst in the lobby during my stay, but it didn’t affect my impression of the hotel or its facilities. We were all notified in advance of the disruption to the water. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Location was clean but dated. Room was damp as A/C was not turned on high enough. Brought this to the attention of the front desk staff when checking out. Shuttle to airport was quick but bumpy. The shuttle bus is old with not a lot of suspension.

The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.

Very convenient hotel pick up and drop off at Pearson! Able to take the train downtown Toronto from the airport easily after staying at this hotel! Nice pool and hot tub. Extensive breakfast Tea and coffee available 24/7 Very nice friendly staff!

Hotel was easily accessible, clean and quiet and my wife liked it very much. Would recommend it.

Booked for my family. The hotel is less than half an hour from the airport. It is very convenient. I have stayed here twice before, each time for five or six days. The hotel environment, hygiene and service are all good. So I chose this hotel for my family this time. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to relatives and friends around.
