Great location, right across from Terminal 3. The rooms are spacious, making it an excellent choice for early morning or late-night flights. The service is quick, professional, and efficient. Breakfast isn't a buffet, so you might consider booking without it.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

Mister Stephen
I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

Well-located in the cluster of hotels that are next to the airport. The airport shuttle arrived within 15 minutes of waiting at the terminal (no need to commute out of the airport), though as always I believe all these hotels should manage their shuttle services a bit better especially because so many of the hotel names are similar and yet they require different shuttles.
The room was pretty standard with a bathtub shower, sink and long counter-top, closet, TV, coffee making amenities, desk chair, and long desk-like counter under the TV where I could easily place my items on. The room was comfortable, the temperature of the heater/AC could be controlled by you, and the bed was large and comfortable. I will make note that there is a lot of light since you can see part of the airport's lights which are always on, and the curtain covers most but not all of this light.
Breakfast had a good spread and variety, including: bagels, mini croissants, muffins, boiled & scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, toast, potatoes, baked beans, cream cheese, jams, peanut butter, yoghurt, milk, cereal, and a waffle-making machine. For drinks, there was juice as well as stations for hot water with tea options in bags and 3 types of hot coffee roast at the ready. The food was quite good and filling for the continuation of my trip, plus the small pastries made it easy to take along with me. My personal concerns are the fact all the dishes are single-use paper and the cutlery is single-use plastic, which I feel is a lot of waste they generate everyday, but a lot of hotels are like this in this area (probably because people take a pack with them on their trips).

JemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

KrissanThe location of the hotel was ideal considering the airport I was leaving. They also have 24-hour shuttle service which is awesome. There are a few amenities that could improve and the room was okay. If you're someone who needs somewhere to rest their head for a few hours so that you can catch an early flight this could be an option.

YanyunAn 8-minute shuttle bus ride from the airport, serving both T1 and T3. You need to call the front desk to book, and it runs every half hour.
Check-in is not until 4 PM!
No disposable toiletries whatsoever, just soap, tissues, and towels.
The environment is decent, but there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor.
Free breakfast is available from 6 AM to 9:30 AM.
