Excellent location, within walking distance to Ping Jiang Road and Guan Qian Street, and also ＜ 5 minutes walking distance away from the Lindun Road station (exit 5). The interior is modern and well maintained, and the hotel room is very comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. The staff members are attentive and warm, and will address any issues promptly and efficiently. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel, as staying here provides a great and memorable experience for our Suzhou trip!

We had a pleasant and welcoming stay at this hotel. Service is excellent!! When we reached, the boss of the hotel was at the lobby to welcome us. He was friendly and bubbly. He gave suggestion to book a car ride to our hotel at hangzhou, so that we don’t have to worry about transportation the next day. He told us that there will be pouring rain at noon and reminded us to bring umbrella which was sweet and thoughtful of him. The room was not ready so we headed out for brunch and shopping first. Our luggages were already brought up to our room when we returned to hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly too. We were not sure how to take Didi and they guided us. There is a free laundry service as well. Really appreciated this service especially our clothes/scarf were drenched due to the pouring rain. The room is super cozy, clean and 中国风. It has a sensor toilet and fast drying hair dryer. There’s a lounge for us to store food in the fridge. The next day when we checked out, the boss was at the lobby and he ordered the staffs to carry our luggages to the car. The driver he recommended was friendly and manage to safely sent us to Hangzhou hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. 👍🏼👍🏼 We give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10 stars) to this accommodation 😄

The room is in line with the pictures, the bedding is clean and tidy, the location is close to Guanqian Street, Pingjiang Road, and the subway entrance, which is convenient for travel. The environment is beautiful, the robot can deliver food, and the washing machine and dryer next to the elevator can be used for free. It is very convenient for me who travel frequently. It rained during my stay, and the hotel also provided an umbrella. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. She also helped me deliver things and heated up meals in the microwave. The hotel also has a route map of scenic spots, which saved my travel plan time. I look forward to staying here next time I come to Suzhou. Hehehe
