We had a pleasant and welcoming stay at this hotel. Service is excellent!! When we reached, the boss of the hotel was at the lobby to welcome us. He was friendly and bubbly. He gave suggestion to book a car ride to our hotel at hangzhou, so that we don’t have to worry about transportation the next day. He told us that there will be pouring rain at noon and reminded us to bring umbrella which was sweet and thoughtful of him. The room was not ready so we headed out for brunch and shopping first. Our luggages were already brought up to our room when we returned to hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly too. We were not sure how to take Didi and they guided us. There is a free laundry service as well. Really appreciated this service especially our clothes/scarf were drenched due to the pouring rain. The room is super cozy, clean and 中国风. It has a sensor toilet and fast drying hair dryer. There’s a lounge for us to store food in the fridge. The next day when we checked out, the boss was at the lobby and he ordered the staffs to carry our luggages to the car. The driver he recommended was friendly and manage to safely sent us to Hangzhou hotel. The staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate any requests. The location is excellent, situated very close to a subway station entrance. There are also many attractions nearby, such as canal cruises, as well as numerous restaurants within walking distance. Excellent experience here as the hotel staff are extremely helpful with all of our queries! Location is perfect, with pretty good restaurant and train station just across the road, and the famous Ping Jiang Road is just within 5 minutes walk. The room is very clean and plenty of movies and songs to select from. The hotel had also gifted 2 bottles of starbucks coffee and a box of osmanthus cookies during the checkout. Would have given a 6 stars if allowed !

Cleanliness: This hotel, newly opened 25 years ago, is very clean. Facilities: Very new. Environment: The lobby has a nice atmosphere. Service: We were greeted every time we entered or left the hotel. If there's a line, we'll even offer laundry service. Location: Turn left and you'll find the Panmen Scenic Area, and turn right and you'll find the Nanmen subway station. It's very convenient. The hotel provides toiletries, children's toiletries, slippers, disposable toilet seats, and disinfectant wipes. The room has a projector, and with an iQiyi membership, you can watch anything. There are free drinks available in the lobby. Sometimes when we went out, the front desk would even ask if we needed some water or drinks. We were very satisfied with the service! We booked this room for three days during our first three days in Suzhou. The room was so nice, we extended it for two more days!
