The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient, nit far from Suzhou train station. There are two subway stations nearby, line 6 and kine 8. The hotel is very neat and tidy. When areiving to the hotel, Ms. Xiaochen (小陈） received us with joy and provided a free room upgrade. Later, she often send some everything snacks to our room. She is very professional and kind. Upon checking out, the fornt desk did not understand how to issue a receipt for foreign APP, but after contacting Xiaochen, she solved it shortly. I highly recommend this hotel, and definitely book in it again when visiting Suzhou. 这家酒店很漂亮和干净。位置很方便，离苏州火车站不远。附近有两个地铁站，6号线和8号线。这家酒店非常整洁。入住酒店时，小陈热情接待了我们，并为我们提供了免费客房升级。后来，她经常把一些小吃送到我们的房间。她非常专业和善良。退房时，前台不知道如何为外国APP开具收据，但在联系了小陈后，她很快就解决了。我强烈推荐这家酒店，以后回苏州时一定会再次预订。

The Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui is a solid choice for business travelers. The cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all good, providing a pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring smooth check-ins and addressing any queries promptly. The location is convenient for business purposes, and the facilities are well-maintained. While everything met expectations, there’s still room for minor improvements to make the stay exceptional. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for business stays.

The room is not too big, two 1.2 meters single beds plus the single sofa bed next to it become a three-bed room in seconds, a family of three is just right, the refrigerator cabinet in the room is there, but there is no refrigerator inside, the next day I checked out and saw someone send the refrigerator to the lobby. It is estimated that there will be a refrigerator in the room in the future. The bathroom shower sink has been separated by three separates. The smart toilet is very convenient. The TV screen is simple and easy to use. There are coffee machines, water dispensers, microwave ovens in the lobby. The self-service laundry room has three sets of washing and drying equipment. It is very convenient. But the laundry detergent has to ask the front desk to take a long time to wash and dry, but the gym is next to the laundry room. I am not afraid to take a bath again. I can wait for the laundry while exercising. The buffet breakfast variety is too small. It is not worth the price of 48 yuan/person. There is a lake behind the hotel. Walking past the lake is the lively food street. The future science fiction hall is also there. The scenery is good at night. It happened that Suzhou had a fireworks show that night. It was super happy to see the fireworks. The hotel is located near Suzhou North Station. From the first floor cafe, you can go to Suzhou North Station in a straight line. It takes ten minutes to walk. It is very convenient to go to Suzhou North Station to take the high-speed rail, but the hotel is not close to the subway station. The hotel is just in the middle of Line 2 Dawan Station and Suzhou North Station. No matter which subway station has to walk for ten minutes to reach.

Nice hotel, very new and the rooms are extremely clean. Since our trip was in March the hotels AC was off for the winter and the rooms got a bit warm - they hotel did turn on the AC the day after so it was fine. The hotel is huge and the north and south towers are a long walk apart - best to try and stay in the same tower if travelling with a group. It was a little far from the main city, but it’s perfect if you’re attending EDC China.

Feihe's service is very good! Because of the change in schedule, I couldn't check out on time. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and quickly helped to solve it! ~ The room is very large and clean! Not stuffy at all. All kinds of facilities are very new! Toiletries are very complete. There are both Chinese and Western breakfasts! ! The Internet speed is very fast~

I bought a hotel for New Year's Eve dinner as a group purchase and came here for a big family gathering. The hotel is easy to find. It's very quiet and suitable for self-cultivation. However, the facilities are a bit old. The carpet in the room is seriously pilled. There is dust everywhere. It's very old... The sockets also have leakage. Quite scary... The waiters have very good attitudes and are basically responsive to all requests. I am very satisfied with the room service! The New Year's Eve dishes purchased in the group are very simple and taste pretty good...The breakfast is quite confusing and there are very few varieties. When there are more people eating, it will be troublesome and easy to be full...the plate will be empty... Overall...not recommended...

Amazing! New clean and value for money for the facilities. Comes with bath tub, bath salts and swimming pool with automated curtains and lights out. Nice selections of channels, including CNN and HBO. Staff are friendly too and helped me with an air purifier to get rid of the smokey smell.

Suzhou also has license plate restrictions. I originally chose a hotel near the tourist attraction, but there were restrictions on non-local vehicles in the area, so I chose this hotel. The high floor has a good view, self-service laundry, parking at the door, and breakfast is also available. The only problem is that the elevator seems a bit hot.

The room is very new, well-equipped, and the environment is very good. There is a lake view outside the window, and the hotel is very soundproof, so you can't hear any noise from outside. It is very suitable for travel or business trips. The hotel staff is also very good! Especially Jili and Xiaoyin, and a front desk guy, who are very enthusiastic and responsive to the needs of guests. When I needed a razor in the middle of the night, I immediately arranged for a robot to deliver it. It's great!

The room is large, the environment is quiet, the hygiene is in place, the bedding is comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is high. The hotel has a 24-hour restaurant, the subway station is just outside, and there is a Tianhong shopping mall opposite, which has many snacks.
