The hotel is quite easy to reach, metro lines available nearby. The sign is clear, you cannot get lost. Close to so many tourist attractions starting with the hanshan temple down to lingering garden and shantang street. The service is amazing and security is amazing. The room was big and clean and just top-notch design. Best thing is for safety, no smoking and they even have an emergency route for people staying in well marked and easy to follow. Also has fire extinguisher in the room. The view is amazing, i had a wonderful time and sleep at this place. Oh and they have a robot for room service when you order things they get delivered to your room by the robot

The overall accommodation experience is poor 1. There was a smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the door. The ancient town of Suzhou is really beautiful, with unique ancient charm of small bridges and flowing water. Any photo you take is very good. It is prosperous like the area near Big Pants and classical like the urban area. The cultural heritage is well preserved. It is very close to the city center and is surrounded by tourist attractions such as Xiyuan Temple and Liuyuan Garden. It is as convenient and fast as taking the subway. You can take it from Huoshi Road Station on Line 2. It is also very convenient for business trips. It is not far from Suzhou Station and the North High-speed Railway Station. The parking space in front of the door is quite convenient, but it is best to arrive early. There were still two parking spaces when we arrived in the morning, but they were basically full when we came back in the evening. When I booked on Ctrip, the front desk lady was very patient. I decided to stay at this hotel as soon as she hung up the phone. Later, the check-in was also very comfortable. I called to ask for the WiFi password at night. I asked for a disposable paper cup and it was actually available. It was delivered by a cute little robot. Hehehe, I praise the front desk girl again

Facilities: Relatively old, no smart facilities. That shower head has a lot of water! Environment: Average, there is a musty smell when entering the room, which is not very good. And there are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel. Even though I used mosquito repellent, I still got a lot of bites! I also used the hotel’s electric mosquito repellent liquid!

There are fewer rooms, but all aspects such as hygiene, beds, lighting, bathroom water temperature and pressure are all good. The bathroom door base is leaking, and judging by the design, other rooms will have the same problem. I'll have to improve it during the next renovation.

Very close to Xiyuan Temple, the room is large and well-equipped, but there was a little smell of cigarettes in the room when I checked in. The breakfast is also very nice. You can walk to Liuyuan Garden, Xiyuan Temple and Hanshan Temple. It is a few kilometers away from other Suzhou scenic spots by taxi, which is quite convenient.

The room was nice, not facing the road, and there was no other noise at night except for the voices of other guests. The water provided was delicious, and it was quite close to Saionji Temple. But there is a hope that if the hotel can sell coffee drinks, can it also sell daily necessities, such as sanitary napkins for women? This is very important!
