房間不錯，我們帶着小孩和長者，出行不方便，酒店提前幫我們預留了房間，露台就能看到泳池，孩子在泳池遊的很開心，酒店後面是太湖風景區，一眼望不到邊，陰天 晴天的景色就像一幅水墨畫和油墨畫，入住期間曾姓員工還詢問是否需要幫助，給長者孩子備了零食，感謝🙏

酒店內部環境不錯，設施很新，房間打掃得很乾凈，露台也很乾凈，衞生工作做得很不錯！早餐東西看着挺多，但是確實質量一般，希望有所改進。大部分服務員都很好，尤其是管家小周，有任何問題回覆的都很及時，就是碰上的幾位禮賓小哥都不太行，要麼一問三不知，要麼反應遲緩，長得都挺年輕的怎麼都這麼頓呢，有點兒無語。

房間十分寬敞整潔，帶2個大陽台，陽台外是游泳池，可看到一部分的湖景，洗護用品為歐舒丹。早餐豐盛，有現煎的鍋貼，雖用餐人數較多仍井然有序，中餐廳味道不錯，上菜也較快。酒店人員服務熱情，管家小周提前打電話溝通入住事宜，期間有任何問題也是及時答覆和解決，入住時和離店時搬運行李的工作人員盡心盡責，酒店整體管理很到位。
