酒店去的時候周邊都在施工，全是灰塵和噪音。酒店內部陳設凌亂不堪，小院收拾收拾應該很別緻的。

具體的房間情況如下，我衹能説不值得這個價格，廁所沒有通風，上完廁所味道都排不出去，下水道也是堵的，半天水下不去，牆壁也是發黴的，房間裏的晾衣架全是灰，也不懂怎麼打掃的，介紹裏面寫的洗衣機，就是一個小直筒洗衣機，放洗衣機的房間裏臭烘烘的，洗衣機上面還放着臭抹布，打開洗衣機一看，裏面全是發黃的水，不懂洗衣機是不是拿來洗抹布的，門口在修路，隔音也差，早上六七點就有拖拉機在門口開

壞境超級差，睡覺的時候掀開被子就看到兩個小飛蟲，早上起來也是，一個小蜘蛛在被子上爬着，説是打掃房間，床單被套不換就算了，還不疊起來，我走的時候什麼樣回來就什麼樣，浴巾都不知道換沒換，反正差極了！也就服務態度好一點，其他的都差極了，出門就在施工，太不方便了！

位置在小巷子裏，第一次找的話真不好找，問了快遞員、外賣員…折騰一圈才找到。目前這塊區域好像是重新規劃了，全部在裝修，早上也有工人開工，周圍環境真不行。房間的話還算OK，窗户打開就是一條小河（河水有待治理）；一樓院子不大，但還算是鬧中取靜吧。
離養育巷地鐵站步行大概10分鐘；附近也有公交

避雷！避雷！一整個大避雷！
下面細數雷點：
1民宿門口就是裝修，走過路過那聲音，嘎嘎嘎！屋裡聽得真切！早上施工也吵！
2進屋一股黴味！
3屋裡備品有缺失，牙刷是要用的時候發現缺兩份！
4屋裡WiFi信號差，經常消失！
5我們還沒退房，沒有聯繫就私自進房，把我們的私人物品拿出，導致要整理手信都沒辦法！
6我們還沒退房，在房間裏上洗手間就有人進來。讓她出去，還想進來整理房間，再次勸退工作人員出去！
大家定之前一定要注意避雷哦！
