該酒店環境不錯，前台服務很到位，做到熱情周到，整個酒店都很乾凈，讓人感覺很舒服，但美中不足的餐飲部人員太少而且不太專業，有點失望，望能重視。

比較新的的酒店，設施都很新，雖然服務人員不多，但態度都很好，套餐中包含了一頓正餐，反映了餐單不符的問題也能及時解決，在退房時還有小禮物贈送表達歉意，值得點贊。

酒店工作人員都很好很熱情，酒店設施環境都很新，入住的時候也很安靜，很適合度假。位置很適合太湖環湖，入住的湖景套房在房間就可以看日落，順便一提房間的浴缸真的很酷
