寵物友好房型還是非常不錯的！手續提前聯繫好，不繁瑣，也包含了清潔費，房間比較大，也適合小狗狗玩兒。酒店很新，服務和硬件都十分在線，尤其是這次入住的管家程詩涵，對我們的引導和關切都十分周到。
酒店早餐很好！自營的自助餐晚餐也還不錯！

位置超讚酒店就在東太湖畔，周邊有蘇州灣大劇院、蘇州灣數字藝術館，文化藝術氛圍超濃。對面就是太湖，傍晚沿着湖邊散步，吹着微風，看着落日餘暉灑在湖面上，別提多愜意了。
推薦管家張孝善服務貼心從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到無微不至的服務。門僮熱情幫忙拿行李，前台辦理入住迅速又高效。入住後還有管家服務，不僅詢問對房間是否滿意，需不需要調整，每天還會提醒晚安粥 。有次我不小心把東西落在餐廳，工作人員很快就聯繫我，幫我妥善保管，真的太靠譜了。
房間是新中式風格，沉穩又大氣。全景落地窗視野超棒，躺在床上就能將太湖的湖光山色盡收眼底，晚上還能看到城市的璀璨夜景。全智能家居也超方便，電動窗簾、智能馬桶，體驗感直接拉滿。房間裏的設施更是細節滿滿，有温控晾衣架、漱口水、一次性馬桶墊 ，梳子是木梳，甚至還有一次性洗衣液、肥皂、洗手液和潤手霜，連浴缸都配備了一次性浴缸袋，大人小孩拖鞋也都有，真的太貼心了。
餐飲豐富：早餐種類豐富，現做的肉夾饃香得讓人直迷糊，蘇式湯麪更是鮮掉眉毛，還有各種新鮮的水果、糕點、飲品 。中餐廳馥園的菜品也很驚艷，蘇式煮三鮮鮮味十足，蟹粉豆腐嫩滑可口，食材新鮮，烹飪得恰到好處。
設施齊全：25米恆温無邊泳池，水質清澈，遊個泳就像在拍大片。健身房的器材很齊全，還有超大落地窗，運動時還能欣賞太湖美景 。酒店還是寵物友好酒店，有專屬寵物房和獨立電梯，帶毛孩子出行也毫無壓力。
這次入住蘇州灣恆力大酒店真的太滿意了，無論是商務出行還是度假休閑，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次來蘇州，我肯定還住這兒！

1. 設備設施不錯，但洗澡水壓水量不夠理想，台盆下水閥難控制！不好用！
2. 服務方面：管家小孔很努力，貼心。特別值得稱讚的是門口迎賓的小夥子。入住和離開都感到了他們的主動和熱情。辦理手續的工作人員“冷冰冰”，不職業。衞生清理不及時。不到位。
3. 早餐很好！是亮點。中餐廳的奧灶麪也是非常不錯的。
4. 湖景是亮點，漂亮！

昨天是我和女朋友的戀愛紀念日，我們選擇入住恆力酒店慶祝這個特別的日子。從辦理入住開始，整個體驗就讓人感到温馨舒適。酒店的地理位置非常便利，周邊環境優美，特別是站在窗前就能欣賞到東太湖的美麗景色。
酒店五樓的設施給我們留下了深刻印象。游泳池水質清澈，健身房設備齊全，讓我們在度假之餘也能保持運動習慣。最令人驚喜的是38樓的行政酒廊，晚上提供的夜宵種類豐富，味道也很不錯。我們一邊享用美食，一邊俯瞰城市夜景，感覺特別浪漫。
晚上我們還特意去看了東太湖的音樂噴泉表演。水柱隨着音樂節奏起舞，配合燈光效果，場面十分壯觀。這為我們的紀念日增添了不少浪漫色彩。
