I had a pleasant stay at Zizi Hotel Zhangyuan Mansion (Shuozhengyuan Branch) near Guanqian Street in Suzhou. The staff were very nice and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and shops. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The location is great. Just 2/3 minutes away there is a snack shop, along the same street there are bakeries, local breakfast shops (selling qian bing and Dou jiang). There is massage shop nearby. It is abt 20 mins walk to humble administrative garden and the main shopping district. The location is very convenient. The room is spacious and our kids loved the tub. However the tub took very long to fill up. The bathroom is very comfortable. The room is smart, toliet bowl is heated. Shower facilities are great!

We love to be here as the location of hotel is all walking distance only 👍 we used to visit all around with walking Only.

Location is very accessible and near to the attractions. Room is clean. However the room noise isolation could be better.

Room is big and clean, near to famous street can reach by walking, easy acess for food and mini market.

the hotel is clean and nice. the bed is very comfortable and there is Xiao du Xiao du to turn on light etc for you. about 20mins walk to the night market and the shopping street. after midnight, the hotel is a little hard to recognise. 

Staff are friendly and quick respond. All out issues have been attended immediately and solved. If back to Suzhou, definitely will come back.

The hotel location is perfect for our stay, very convenient with easy access to various type of food from breakfast to supper. Walking distance to the museum and shopping spots. Very comfortable and thanks to the hotel allow us to have early check in before 2pm.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel that felt just like home. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. One thing that stood out was how helpful and friendly the staff were. They went out of their way to assist us, even helping us book train tickets without any hassle. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience away from home

Very impress with the hotel. Spacious room, clean and they have very big TV. Love it very much no regret on booking this hotel. Definitely will book again if coming back to suzhou. Till next time 😉

Location is mediocre. Cleanliness is satisfactory but not excellent. It is an older building that is renovated. Service is good with a homey feel.

We arrived the hotel at 1pm and managed to check in immediately.
