酒店在頂樓辦入住，整體風格偏現代和年輕化，服務非常周到，見到客人基本都會問候打招呼，房間安靜舒適，樓下旁邊就是天街商場，周邊也有很多景點，早餐中規中矩，中式麪食和粥菜等，西式煎烤和麪包，入住這天早晨人滿，也會幫忙帶位，餐品就稍顯不足。
整體體驗挺不錯，下次來還會入住。

五個星怎麼夠？遠超五星的價值。一流設施，一流服務，一流配套。當然美中不足也是有的，到達房間需要換乘兩次電梯有點麻煩。房間衞生間有異味。不過不影響整體體驗感。 還有一點有酒吧的話最好能不禁煙。當然這都可以理解，環境會更好。總的來説，英迪格不管哪裡從沒讓人失望過！

這次有邀請了朋友來入住這家蘇州古運河英迪格酒店，真的一如既往的服務好。體驗感拉滿。之前有來入住過所以提前聯繫了一下酒店賓客服務團隊的Tina，來備註了一下這次的入住喜好，真的非常方便。酒店的大堂在46樓，每次從1樓到46樓電梯打開的一瞬間真的 視野很開闊，能直接看到整個高新區的景觀非常大氣。這次房間也安排在了高樓層，整體住下來特別贊。下次有機會在來蘇州還是會繼續選擇住這裏的~

因為喜歡洲際品牌，所以這次出遊就選擇了英迪格酒店，酒店地理位置優越，離地鐵和公交站牌都不遠，打車也方便，主要是旁邊就是龍湖天街商圈，吃飯購物很方便的。酒店工作人員Sylvia提前加了微信，給我發了酒店的小貼士，全程無微不至，還給寶寶送了泆漱用品及小拖鞋.
