The location is very important for traveling during the Spring Festival. It is next to the Pingjiang Road attractions and you can go shopping at any time. The transportation is convenient. It is 5 minutes away from the subway station and 3 minutes away from the bus station. The hotel front desk staff Xiaonian and Maomao are very professional and enthusiastic. I called the night before check-in and hoped to arrange my room and my parents' room on the same floor for easy care. Xiaonian not only helped me make notes, but was surprised to see that the rooms were adjacent, which was very convenient for taking care of the elderly at night. Xiaonian also checked in the next day. During the stay, every time I went to the front desk to ask questions, Maomao also gave professional and enthusiastic feedback. I had a great time in Suzhou and would choose to stay in this hotel again after getting off the bus
