房間清爽，環境不錯，距離蘇大本部北大門超級近

房間乾淨，服務周到，售後貼心。

酒店地理位置很好，去雙塔市集走幾步就到了，去十全街1公里左右，去平江路也很近。所以附近路比較堵，酒店停車位不多，但是酒店工作人員會幫忙指揮停車。酒店服務人員態度都特別好，另外要誇一誇的是配了好幾個機器人送外賣，速度特別快，點了好多外賣，無論是外賣小哥還是送餐機器人都非常快捷。蘇州真棒！ 設施：都不錯，特別有張長桌子，吃東西寫東西都非常方便。 衞生：挺乾淨的，準備擦馬桶的，但是忘記帶酒精濕巾，結果酒店自己備了消毒濕巾，非常貼心。

The front desk staff are very kind and enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to the scenic spot. It can be reached within a short walk. You can stroll around Pingjiang Ancient Street. You can find all the delicious food in the Twin Towers Market and Cangjie Commercial Plaza. Not far away, the Humble Administrator’s Garden Suzhou Museum is very convenient by taking the subway. I will choose it again next time 👍

When traveling by public transportation, the place of stay must be convenient first. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk from Exit 1 of Xiangmen Subway Station to Feiman. The front desk staff of the hotel is friendly and greets you when you enter and exit. The hotel has few floors, but there are two elevators, which are very fast to enter and exit. I chose a room with a street view from the window. The room is bright, the bed is clean and comfortable, and the desk is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply. There is a fitness room and a laundry room on the 5th floor of the hotel. Two LG washing machines and two LG dryers in the laundry room are free to use, and there are enough hangers for spare. If the weather permits, you can also choose to dry clothes in the drying area next to the sky garden. The hotel has unlimited free drinking water in bottles, and there is no need to wait for room service to replenish it. There are enough breakfast varieties, including boiled eggs, salted eggs, and heart-shaped fried eggs. Across the road from the hotel entrance is Pingjiang Road intersection. Take a leisurely stroll along Pingjiang Road to the historical and cultural district. Along the way, you can enjoy the style of Jiangnan waterway houses and buy silk products and craft products. Near the cultural district, there is also the Humble Administrator's Garden, which is not to be missed, where you can experience the essence of Suzhou gardens; there is also the Guanqian Commercial Food Street, which satisfies the joy of shopping. I look forward to visiting Suzhou again in other seasons.

前台服務很好，早餐也比較豐富，去蘇州大學，平江路都很方便，出酒店不遠就是地鐵站，去各大景點也方便，下次還會選擇入住。
