開車一路南下，從無錫沿着太湖過來，因為帶孩子，所有景點都避開高峯遊。想着去太湖轉轉和看音樂噴泉，繼續選擇了家人都統一喜歡的希爾頓歡朋，價格適合，書桌很棒，枱燈超讚，辦公，學習都舒服。
酒店對面是奧萊，方便溜達，雖然這兩天下雨，但我們仍然可以溜溜太湖，逛逛商場。
房間相對算偏大的，酒店整體感覺和別的希爾頓有點不一樣。前台非常棒，尤其是那個美女經理。升級房間，送小朋友禮物，加熱食物，送外賣等等，能感覺前台在拚命努力彌補酒店的不足。所以好評給這個團隊。
建議改善之處：
1.房間這個圓桌拿走後麪居然有個鋼鐵片，非常鋒利，因為沒有打磨。不要不行嗎？萬幸萬幸我看見了啊！！差點刮到孩子啊😦工程來看，説，所有房間都有，卡這個小桌子的………我，呃，那謝謝師傅吧！
2.空調啊，略微有點小脾氣。讓它風大點，它聲音也更大，換了一個房間也是！算了，還是它脾氣大。嗯，也可能是我聲音敏感了。一路南下，我住全季，美居，漫心～想來我居然還沒有表揚過他們的靜音呢🫰 ！咱們這個空調問題咋整？小點真冷，大點真吵。第二晚又趕上初五接財神，半夜23.30～0.30放煙花，更不用睡了，孩子看的好開心。😄😄我也開心。空調小一點也好大聲，唉😮💨我凌晨三四點困的不行才睡下。
3.這個洗衣服的服務，真是震驚😲到我了啊！客房大姐説走到頭就是，我走到頭衹看見了寫着員工專用幾個字！我又走回去，確認一遍，大姐説對。然後……呃😃😳😲😮後來前台解釋説沒有洗衣服務的，這個也是考慮為了客人方便才弄的！我突然覺得我好像有點不知足不像話呢！出來玩了半個多月了，都忘了不是在家了，隨便洗衣服～看看自助洗衣把我慣的！！
最後，希望此次的真是入住感受，可以幫助酒店有方向的提升。考慮前台的熱情服務和有求必應，以後有需要還是會選擇的。

I had a nice stay at Hampton by Hilton and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and reasonable price.
The room was clean, nicely decorated , and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was pretty comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having an extra pillow and a cozy bathrobe available upon request. It made my stay feel even more relaxing and luxurious.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight! The variety of fresh, delicious options—Chinese and Western food . The quality of the food was good, and the staff was friendly.
The front desk staff was welcoming, accommodating, and always ready to help with any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest.

先提兩個問題1是酒店的網特別慢還總掉線，打了客服説都這樣。2是連着住了兩天，中間讓打擾衞生，沒給換新的拖鞋，牙具和衞生紙。值得表揚的地方是客服人員的業務素質都很高態度都不錯，前台給升級了高級大床房，一天優惠了48元。孩子凈身高近140，9歲。最近半年住亞朵和其他希爾頓酒店不下20次。都沒要過早餐錢。這次服務員問了。我解釋後也沒有收。2024年12月迪士尼和亞朵酒店把小童1.4米改成10歲以下包括10歲免費。因為有些小童個子高。這樣更能保證小童的權益。希爾頓估計也快改了吧。
