Yueshang Zen Space Homestay (Tongli Ancient Town Branch) Reviews

We really enjoyed our time at Yueshang Zen Space! The location is really convenient to go to all the places in Tongli Ancient Watertown. The staff at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful! Rooms were clean and well equipped with everything you need. Really appreciated the cozy heating blanket for the cool night. :-) We received an upgrade to a room with balcony and the view into the courtyard was so beautiful! Also a great place for cat lovers! 😻

The homestay in magnificent. The atmosphere, service and rooms are great. Felt so peaceful and happy there

the hotel is clean and nice. the staffs is friendly and helpful. the staffs reccomend what to do around the area. and allow us to have late check out. the toile is a little small.  

I rang the homestay and they picked me up at the entrance. Room was warm and cosy waiting for me before I checked in. Electric blanket was nicely heated. I was served hot tea and snacks on arrival. Toilet amenities were excellent. Room was right next to street so I could hear all the noises. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay- value for money

This is the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Jiangnan. The hotel is located in a nice small lane in the peaceful Tongli old town, lightened up with lanterns in the night. The décor was like a small Jiangnan garden house in the ancient time, very elegant and the owner seems to have a taste of art 😙. We loved the small yard with lots of green and a pond where you can enjoy tea and relax. Oh and the bed was so good, we slept really well.

The experience was great. The guy at the front desk was very gentle and could pick us up😀 The artistic conception was beautiful. It was not noisy in the ancient town park🥹 Very quiet. He also turned on the air conditioner for us in advance. The service was superb! ! (There will also be cats🥰)

The hotel is located in the center of the scenic area, which is very convenient. The store owner is so considerate to pick you up and drop you off. He speaks gently and has a super good attitude! The room is clean and tidy, very quiet, and it will be my best choice for accommodation next time!

Great homestay experience, the bamboo forest at the door is very photogenic, the room is also beautiful, the facilities are complete, the brother is super warm and considerate, when we left, he drove us to the parking lot outside the town, and he didn't go back until he found the car ~ The homestay is just a few steps away from the river, it's very good to visit, it's really a great homestay, I will go here next time! !

The service is very friendly, the environment is quiet, and it is easy to get in and out, suitable for a leisurely stroll. Unfortunately, we workers come to the scenic spot to stay just to sleep.

The hotel is located in the old town, all key locations are nearby. Friendly staff. We got a free room upgrade. Everything you need is there. Charming kittens live in the courtyard 🥰 the courtyard is cool. Swings, tables, cozy. Cons: angry mosquitoes, the room was smoky, dust was wiped very poorly. I didn't like the common room for breakfast. Some kind of cold conference room, music turned up full.

The treasure homestay in the ancient town has a full check-in experience. The reception brother is super nice, handsome, patient, and enthusiastic. He picks us up before check-in and after check-out. He knows that we are from other places and will take the initiative to introduce us to the ancient town tour guide and the beautiful scenery of the city. It's awesome! I was also lucky enough to get a big meal made by the reception brother. The cooking skills are great and delicious. The layout of the yard is very attentive and feels great. Sitting in the yard, under the bamboo forest, the faint sound of Kunqu Opera and the pond in the yard, sitting there is a kind of enjoyment 😎. The reception brother also rescued a lot of stray cats, each of which is very cute and well-behaved, and cat lovers are ecstatic. The room gives people a completely ancient feeling. It is clean and spacious. When you open the window, you will see a bamboo forest. It is a super satisfying check-in experience! I strongly recommend staying in this homestay! ! ! I will come again next time!
