This minsu really still keeping the old building. Cleanliness are good, and especially the staffs, very very very good service and friendly. I would like to applaus for all of the staffs including cleaners. The cleaner even cooked us noodle during typhoon day without charging us any extra fees because we couldnt go out to get food and the food delivery also stopped because of the typhoon strikes. Everyone there are really nice and great! Big round of applaus!

It took me a long time to find a hotel with Suzhou characteristics on Ctrip. Although there was a typhoon on the day we arrived, the hotel upgraded us to a family suite with welcome fruits. The environment was beautiful, and it was very Jiangnan-like to fall asleep listening to the sound of rain at night. Because of the typhoon, there was no takeout. The hotel provided us with some free buns, shaomai and other meals at night, and breakfast in the morning. It was a very pleasant stay. Thanks to the housekeepers Pengpeng, Jiaying, Jiayi and Xiaocao! It would be even better if the courtyard could add a washing machine and dryer, haha 😄

The location of the hotel Is great, unfortunately the room was not cleaned well. Breakfast was disappointing. All in all it's an ok establishment, but given the high price it cannot get a good rating. Not worth the price, pictures online are creating false expectations.
