Beautiful hotel located in Suzhou. It’s quiet and surrounded by lots of lush greenery. There’s a hot spring with over 20 different pools to enjoy. My favourite was the red wine and rose petal hot spring. Service was outstanding and staff were super attentive. Lots of activities for kids to enjoy on the premises as well.

The place is really lovely. It is located within a bamboo forest and is a reasonable distance from a hiking path. The front desk, Xiao Ling, was very helpful and caring. The place is very good for escaping from the city, only 20 minutes drive from the old town. It is silent, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The exterior and some facilities at the hot spring are a bit old but absolutely clean and comfortable. The hot spring after the full day of hiking was fun and relaxing. I will go again for a relaxing weekend!

My family stayed here for a relaxing weekend away. We had a wonderful time at the hot springs and the room even came with some tickets for horse riding, which my son loved. IT has a very serene atmosphere, and there is a cute little town an easy walking distance. We will be back!

Great location and hot springs. Friendly staff. Very good authentic Suzhou restaurant. Clean and fresh air. AC did not work, but I was given extra water and advised to keep the balcony open which worked well.

Lovely rooms, comfy beds, gorgeous location with beautiful forest views form the room. Monkey came to greet us in the morning!

This is a very sleepy place that still has life. It was quiet and relaxing and the room was nice. A very Chinese breakfast though, it’s a shame a little western food couldn’t have been added. The staff were all really sweet.

The hotel is not bad, the room was clean and pleasant to stay. The bed was quite comfortable. The area around is green, you can have a walk or enjoy a warm bath in the hot springs, but there were many people and music played loudly, kids run with water guns, so it’s not really nice for relaxation. One thing that really spoiled my weekend, there were the construction works near to my room window (on the parking behind the trees) that were started at 4:30am on Sunday!!! Of course it didn’t let me to sleep well and enjoy my stay there as I felt broken for the rest of the day without good sleeping.

It is an amazing place. The scenery is breathtaking. The room was big and always clean.The staff was helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Lilian she is the best and made sure everything was perfect. Breakfast can be better. However, I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much Lilian for everything. If, I could I will definitely give Lilian a 10.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The lobby and corridors are well designed. The surrounding ecological oxygen bar is very nice to visit. It is very close to the hiking trails at the back door of the hotel in Wangshan Scenic Area. The hotel also has a warm and friendly butler service. Our butler Xiao Wang patiently explained the surrounding tour routes to me. This time I bought a group package (including two breakfasts, 1 set meal, and 2 hot spring tickets) and upgraded my room type for free. The cost-effectiveness is super high! I will stay here again on vacation in the future! Friends who travel to Wangshan highly recommend this resort!

I wanted to go to the hot springs but they were not open on Monday, so I had to check out and go the next day. The hotel is in Wangshan Scenic Area. The environment is good, but the facilities in the room are not up to par with the current aesthetics. Fortunately, it is clean and the receptionist is also good. There should not be many people staying, so the breakfast was changed to a semi-self-service, which is a bit regrettable! The hot springs are still good, and I will come back to experience it next time I have the opportunity.

The hotel is located in a sea of ​​bamboo, surrounded by green mountains and green bamboos, with fresh and pleasant air. Xiao Qiao, the hotel's front desk clerk, was proactive and enthusiastic in her service. She introduced the hotel facilities and the nearby tourist routes and attractions of Wangshan. Thanks to her thoughtful service, our trip to Wangshan has added many wonderful memories.
