Beautiful hotel located in Suzhou. It’s quiet and surrounded by lots of lush greenery. There’s a hot spring with over 20 different pools to enjoy. My favourite was the red wine and rose petal hot spring. Service was outstanding and staff were super attentive. Lots of activities for kids to enjoy on the premises as well.

The place is really lovely. It is located within a bamboo forest and is a reasonable distance from a hiking path. The front desk, Xiao Ling, was very helpful and caring. The place is very good for escaping from the city, only 20 minutes drive from the old town. It is silent, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The exterior and some facilities at the hot spring are a bit old but absolutely clean and comfortable. The hot spring after the full day of hiking was fun and relaxing. I will go again for a relaxing weekend!

Such a lovely, quiet place for a nice getaway. Really enjoyed being surrounded by nature! The hotel took itself was very comfortable. Equipped with a shower and a bath tub which we absolutely enjoyed! We were a little disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't open. The weather was perfect for a dip. The hot springs aren't the best we've been to either. They were alright. We're especially thankful to Lily for all of her help and service at the hotel 🌸

Perfect getaway for a weekend. Nice hiking routes nearby. Surrounded by proper nature. Quietness is something special.

My family stayed here for a relaxing weekend away. We had a wonderful time at the hot springs and the room even came with some tickets for horse riding, which my son loved. IT has a very serene atmosphere, and there is a cute little town an easy walking distance. We will be back!

Great location and hot springs. Friendly staff. Very good authentic Suzhou restaurant. Clean and fresh air. AC did not work, but I was given extra water and advised to keep the balcony open which worked well.

Lovely rooms, comfy beds, gorgeous location with beautiful forest views form the room. Monkey came to greet us in the morning!

This is a very sleepy place that still has life. It was quiet and relaxing and the room was nice. A very Chinese breakfast though, it’s a shame a little western food couldn’t have been added. The staff were all really sweet.

The hotel is not bad, the room was clean and pleasant to stay. The bed was quite comfortable. The area around is green, you can have a walk or enjoy a warm bath in the hot springs, but there were many people and music played loudly, kids run with water guns, so it’s not really nice for relaxation. One thing that really spoiled my weekend, there were the construction works near to my room window (on the parking behind the trees) that were started at 4:30am on Sunday!!! Of course it didn’t let me to sleep well and enjoy my stay there as I felt broken for the rest of the day without good sleeping.

It is an amazing place. The scenery is breathtaking. The room was big and always clean.The staff was helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Lilian she is the best and made sure everything was perfect. Breakfast can be better. However, I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much Lilian for everything. If, I could I will definitely give Lilian a 10.

I still have to change the environment and feel the early summer on May Day. It takes only more than 2 hours to drive. The hotel parking is very convenient. You can park on the roadside. The hotel covers a large area. There are several houses around the lake and mountains. The surrounding bamboo forests are lush, and the natural environment is quiet and comfortable. The hotel should be considered high-end. It is three or four hundred more expensive than usual on May Day, but I feel it is average. The hotel has no entertainment facilities. If there are any, you have to spend money. The houses in the villa area don’t even have refrigerators. The chairs are shaky and patched. The railings on the balcony are full of stains. Why should these be cleaned well? You basically have to lean on the railings to see the mountain view. The deluxe room is also average. The charging facilities at the head of the bed are hidden under the bedside table, which is extremely inconvenient. The handheld shower in the bathtub is blown up. It splashes water everywhere when it is turned on, and it is very easy to slip. The configuration of the bathroom is also 200 hotel configuration, especially the bathrobe. I feel like I am wearing a chain mail on my body, which is heavy and itchy. Damn! There are too few breakfast samples, the wontons have no meat and are all skin. I don't understand where the money is spent. Let's change it. We can only rely on luck. 🍚

The hotel environment is really good, 5 stars, but the suite facilities can only be 1 star, the carpet is moldy, the wiring is aging, the air conditioner is out of control, and it is so old that it is hard to describe. Don't step on the thunder. I heard that the Shanyu building is brand new, so I recommend booking a room there.

It was late when we arrived. The hotel environment was quite good and suitable for family travel. Although it was drizzling the next day, we still went to climb the mountain for a while. The hotel owner Xiao Wang warmly received us and explained in detail how to visit the surrounding area and helped solve some small problems. Thank you!
