小紅薯推薦的親子酒店，果然名不虛傳。帳篷床，孩子跟很喜歡。酒店的小童樂園很大，夠小朋友玩一下午。泳池也有小朋友專門池子，很不錯。

床頭邊角都是灰，馬桶墊上也有臟東西沒擦乾淨，前台服務人員態度還好，客房人員態度就有點一言難盡，問有沒有小童洗漱用品，直接來一句衞生間裏面放着的有。問了句小童和成人用一樣的嗎？沒有小童的？直接來了句：不然呢？
拜託，你們打的5星豪華親子酒店的名頭，就這服務態度和硬件設施最多也就3星。這3星還是因為前台服務態度好多加的。
本來想住2天的，還是退房去住洲際吧。
設施：陳舊，地下停車場晚上都不太敢去
衞生：房間床頭角落灰沒擦到，馬桶圈沒擦乾淨
環境：一般
服務：門口沒迎賓沒人理，前台服務態度還可以，客房態度給人吊兒郎當的感覺。總體來説熱情是熱情就是沒有主動性，要不是個別人員態度令人生氣，都不想點評
豆丁嘉年華小童樂園:大童玩的也就一個魔鬼滑梯了，中小童玩還行。
泳池不是酒店專屬，消毒水味很重，呆了20幾分鐘感覺受不了

酒店工作人員服務非常好，前台人員 大堂經理和餐廳人員都是微笑服務，熱情得恰到好處。酒店雖然老了一些，但是設施保養的很好。工作人員幫忙升級了親子房，小朋友很喜歡。很有性價比！
