看到這家五星級能做到寵物友好，前一晚半夜臨時訂的，準備兩天一夜體驗一下😄結果運氣好好！直接升級到了寵物友好的套房！看起來有整整100平！大寫的一個贊啊！！！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
環境：酒店就在湖邊，這兩天正好在下雨，湖邊人特別少，但還好雨不大，可以撐着傘在細雨中漫步，別有情調...有晴天感受不到的浪漫🌧️
設施：酒店健身房、游泳池什麼的都有，好像還有寵物樂園，不過下雨，就沒去體驗...還有皮划艇等等水上活動，但應該還沒開...下次想去體驗！！！
房間：因為寵物友好，所以樓層固定4-5層，比較低...但大窗户完全沒影響看湖景！有個可以側躺的沙發🛋️我就躺太沙發上，看着湖景，發了一下午的呆（*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈）ꕤ*.ﾟ好治癒！啊哈哈哈！房間唯一的問題，是因為裝修比較老，那個燈光有點暗，晚上在房間，基本上衹能休息了，看不清...
寵物友好：酒店免費提供寵物推車，房間裏放了狗糧盆和超大的狗窩...還有個寵物大禮包，有濕巾、零食、狗毛梳等等一大包！可以帶走的哦！我家狗有了第一個行李箱了！！！裏面有款零食，我家狗超愛吃，特別香！
自助餐+早飯：總體還可以，但中規中矩，不算太驚艷...吃了自助晚飯，中式炒菜好像沒有，但是有馬來風光，還有小火鍋和蘇麪 小龍蝦等等...早飯比較豐盛，各類西式麪包甜點比較多...有一個果蔬汁，可以鮮榨黃瓜番茄芹菜等等，但是那個機器很久沒人清理，導致裏面全是蔬菜殘渣，看着老噁心了，我就沒敢用...但在房間裏點了送餐到房間的服務，我們點了意大利麪和一個酸菜魚，驚奇的好吃！！價格還不算太貴...一個意大利麪88元...不比外面正宗西餐館差的哦！
總而言之，是我吹爆朋友圈的一家酒店！適合親子、寵物、老年人的，很舒適，很貼心，風景又好...太愜意了！大城市牛馬很適合來這裏好好躺一躺，放空大腦🧠再回去搬磚❤️❤️❤️

非常非常好的三天兩夜，沒有十全十美的酒店，這家也不例外，雖然硬件已經不新了，房間稍有瑕疵，但是所有的服務都稱得上無微不至有求必應，是近五年住過的最佳。本來去之前聽到別人的一些評論覺得有些擔心，但還好去了，有了完美的一個假期。
遇到的每一個員工，都有服務意識，協助解決問題的管家kay，當班經理Yolanda，每一個人都把客人的需求放在了首位，從工程部的師傅，客房服務的阿姨，餐廳炒龍蝦的師傅，都是笑臉相迎。已經很久沒在服務行業有這種感覺了。所以我覺得，這酒店是有性價比的，當然了不要槓千元酒店的性價比，在我心裏，是值得，超越預期的，在這樣的服務之下，地面坑窪的P，有時代感的電視機和傢俱，得走到門口去拿的外賣都成了微乎其微的缺點。離開的時候，金雞湖烏雲散開，藍天顯現了，過不久還能相見。

I端午期間，入住凱賓斯基，由於是第二天入住，避開了第一天的高峯期，體驗很不錯，前台小彭辦理入住很迅速，很細心，房間是無敵湖景房，下雨天有朦朧美，還有小童活動，給小朋友創造了活動空間。酒店裡的游泳池是50米長，這在有游泳池的酒店裡罕見，邊上還有二個熱水按摩池，可以按摩，小童也可以在裏面戲水。開放時間早6點到晚11點，對游泳愛好者來説特別友好。此外，.酒店服務中心的Andy服務認真負責。總之，還是很推薦這家酒店。
