蘇州來過很多很多次了，之前住的酒店都比較千篇一律，中規中矩。
這次入住的南園賓館卻讓人感受到其中的細節滿滿，是我在很多的大五星酒店都沒體驗過的。
1、毛巾、遙控器都是獨立塑封的，讓人看着很安心。因為工作關係，十八年來我入住過很多某豪、某際、某高旗下的酒店，到目前為止，尚未見過如此細節。當然酒店還配置有軟毛牙刷、全套歐舒丹和絲絨拖鞋，類似水準的配置上述幾大集團旗下酒店也有。
2、第一天入住時，有專門的檢查人員來檢查客房的打掃情況，有種許紅豆來檢查的即視感。😆
3、酒店的佔地比較大，東、北兩邊都有大門，北門靠近熱門的十全街 ，但離主樓較遠，因此酒店配有兩輛遊覽電瓶車穿梭於酒店，隨時可以接送客人來回於各樓和北門之間。不用等準時發車、不用湊上客率。
4、入住的第二天就是本人的生日，酒店工作人員甜甜提前一天就與我預約了送蛋糕上門的時間。本想着這就是個形式，沒對蛋糕的味道抱有太大希望。沒想到在晚餐李百蟹蟹黃麪飽腹之後，美味的蛋糕又激起了我們的食慾。
紅絲絨蛋糕甜而不膩，真材實料，上面點綴的水果都鮮甜的，沒有敷衍的酸味。遠遠超出了免費蛋糕的水準，可見酒店的用心。
5、最後一點就留給工作人員的服務。講解人員甜甜、客房人員、電瓶車師傅的態度都很nice。酒店內四大景點的講解內容很細緻，一聽就是有着豐富接待經驗的，文案很詳實，且內容銜接流暢。
另外，大家關心的早餐，品種是很豐富的（酸奶有卡士，也有小朋友喜歡的養樂多傳統版和低糖版），至於味道嘛，總之，蘇州的味道還是挺合我口味的。房價對應酒店的軟硬件來説，還是很具性價比的。
一定要説槽點的話，就是贈送的漢服體驗了，有點雞肋。真真是除了“體驗”兩字之外，延伸的內容（拍照、化粧、梳頭…）都是收費的，還不如去直播間購買拍攝套餐。而且免費給穿的服裝顏值很一般，好看的都要收費、計時，當然免費的也要計時。😆
