Starting from 1952, the Suzhou Garden Hotel was appointed the residence for state guests by the Suzhou Government, serving hundreds of national leaders. 設施：配套齊全，細節貼心的文具、茶具、薰香都安排上了。
衞生：乾淨整潔，客房服務即時
環境：園林環境，推窗即景。地處市區，北門即十全街、網師園東門幾百米之外。
服務：酒店從前台到客房，路過的服務人員都禮貌，服務意識很強。特別前台韋逗逗，親和力強，專業到位。提醒安排服務，𠕇求必應。我們家庭房入住的另一位小朋友，也申請免費提供了早餐。酒店的體驗活動也不錯，參觀、抄經、漢服都很棒。天熱不出酒店小朋友也𠕇活動。

本來看了差評還很猶豫要不要入住南園，抱着試一試的心態還是來了，入住時前台韋逗逗給免費升級了房間很感謝，可以看出酒店有在用心做保養，蔣家別墅很有特色，下次會來體驗一下那棟樓的房間！

南園賓館地理位置優越，旁邊就是十全街，離網師園和滄浪亭都很近，是來蘇州旅遊的不二之選。除了環境好，酒店工作人員的服務也是一流，特別要感謝為我們辦入住的前台小哥朱佳明，安排的房間讓我們住的非常舒心。回去一定會把南園賓館介紹給其他親戚朋友，讓他們都來感受下蘇州如此優秀的國賓館！

住了南園賓館，酒店給了漢服體驗拍攝，裏面的衣服也非常乾淨整潔衞生，我們在裏面拍了親子照，化粧師小茹和帥阿姨，粧造服務非常到位，攝影師小王拍攝也很出片

設施：昨天應該有點年生了。整體設施可以。我們訂了兩個房間。其中那個雙床房，衞生間的異味一言難盡。整個酒店包括房間內的温度不能調整，過低。就是有去按空調遙控板，但沒有什麼效果。另外，房間的燈光過暗。
衞生：整個衞生是做得不錯的。
環境：內外環境都還不錯，維護上是花了不少心血的。
服務：整體服務不錯。主動給我們把一個房間做了升級。
但必須要吐槽今早的餐廳。本來有早餐和沒早餐，一個房間至少價差在100多以上。我們選擇在酒店吃早飯，就是相信這兒的品質不錯，也方便。我自己的問題是，忘記了今天早上的行程要早起。跟前台溝通以後，前台説可以早點，早於6點半之前去餐廳先吃着。他會上部分餐食。於是我們去了以後，確實餐廳人員忙於備餐。早起的情緒化和不歡迎寫在臉上。我可憐的高價早餐，四個人用餐價值不超過30塊錢。吃了兩碗素麪，連澆頭都沒有。到六點半的時候該開餐了，我們也準備出發了，準備拿兩個白水蛋，連這個都沒有出來。而且已經跟餐廳人員做了溝通，做晚六點半要離店，連最起碼的給我們打個包的這些意識都沒有。那憑什麼説這麼貴的早餐費，也算自己交了智商税了。
