颱風最兇猛的時候到店的，前台幫我們升級了房間，住到了蔣家別墅，整棟樓充滿藝術感，房屋雖然老，但是設備細節都很好，第二天還約了賓館的導遊講解，帶我們參觀的導遊小徐 ，講得非常好，下次來蘇州還會繼續住這裏

房間整體還可以 就是走道隔音不佳 人來人往腳步聲都能聽的很清楚。另外 説好的歡迎水果也沒有。以上辦退宿都和前台説過了。

第一次入住南園賓館，五星級酒店裡內外環境尚屬一般吧，倒是餐廳的蘇幫菜算是亮點之一
