服務很棒哦，晚10點入住，前台小哥哥還貼心地安排了水果。設施也都很棒，空調温度和濕度都合適，唯一的衞生間如果能升級智能馬桶蓋那就太超出預期了

唯一一個優點，早餐品類比杭州的豐富，比較偏當地特色
吐槽：
1、辦理入住，工作人員誤操還是幹嘛的卡了我們半小時，小姑娘大概是新人後麪來了同事和領導一起幫忙處理好
2、終於拿好房卡，到門口發現裏面已經住人，還好房卡沒滴開且隔音差了點聽到裏面有人説話
3、因為當天同層已經沒有空房間了，給升級了套房處理，然後裏面拖鞋都沒有🙂↔️
4、就是考慮到暑假高峯期，提前想預留兩個同樓層房間，交涉了很久結果差點開了別人的房間門
總結：設施老，服務差，酒店位置一般，同等價位以後還是考慮周邊另外幾家新開的五星吧
