The rooms is modern and spacious. We stayed for 6 nights, the place is very convenient.. There are a lot of restaurants opposite the hotel. And at the back of the hotel, there is a local rest that is very delicious. The breakfast menu varieties are a lot. We never get bored with our breakkie.

4 Points Sheraton Suzhou won't win any prizes for style, features or amenities, but it's a solid choice for short business stays in Suzhou. Nice location on the lake and convenient for any part of East Suzhou. The standards rooms are exactly that, but they are fully equipped and well maintained. For a tighter budget this hotel has everything you need.

Location is convenient IF you need to stay in that area of the town (i.e., the university district). Has coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The gym, pool and sauna were great facilities, and the staff were very helpful and kindly allowed me a late check-out time when requested.

The hotel is nicely sited. The service was thoughtful - the front desk changed my room to a single bed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft. Was able to sleep really well.
