這次來蘇州選了金雞湖畔的洲際酒店，體驗感拉滿！位置超優越，下樓就能漫步金雞湖，欣賞絕美湖景。房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。早餐中西餐都有，種類豐富，鮮榨果汁很好喝，尤其是黃瓜汁很純很好喝，遺憾的一點是五星酒店的早餐裏沒有蛋糕甜點，冰激凌球口感不佳，都是冰碴子，沒有奶味兒。我們帶了九月齡寶寶去小童樂園，居然遇到抽煙男，裏面離開，索性前台小姐姐很nice，報告了值班經理，回到房間裏面收到值班經理的電話反饋，好震驚我沒有投訴呀，一下子讓我感到很温暖，五星酒店的管理應急也是好神速呀！點贊游泳前台小姐姐和值班經理！

這次入住蘇州洲際酒店的體驗堪稱完美！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，熱情周到的服務就讓我感受到了家的温暖。特別是前台Jack，他的熱忱和細緻讓整個入住過程無比舒心，任何問題都能得到及時又貼心的迴應。
酒店的旅拍服務也讓我驚喜萬分。與七度旅拍合作，為住客提供了一場美妙的拍攝體驗。攝影師十分專業，特別會引導，讓我這個不太會擺姿勢的人都能自然入鏡，拍攝效率超高，很快就收穫了一組絕美大片，張張出片！
酒店位置絕佳，周邊配套豐富，房間設施舒適，每一處細節都彰顯品質。下次來蘇州，我肯定還選這兒！
