又來這大蘇州看老韓（上回還是看老張的時候哈哈哈）這家酒店已然成了我的演唱會首選，這次帶着媽媽和外婆一起過來順便遊玩金雞湖，首先check in前台的李景豪先生，講話非常温柔，服務非常到位，主動給升級了湖景房，看我們帶着長者給房間加了長者椅和防滑墊，攜程贈送的“七度旅拍”，攝影師欣欣老師拍照技術很好，給兩位長者拍攝了很美的照片。客房管家張雪媛，房間打掃的非常乾淨整潔，態度很好感覺很温馨（雪媛的字也很漂亮整潔哦），行政酒廊的王楠，已經見過她好幾次了，很優質的服務，讓人感覺非常舒服，總之，蘇州洲際各方面都給你賓至如歸的感覺，很棒！❤️

房間很大，色調高級，衞生打掃到位，景觀也很好，可以直接看到金雞湖湖景和摩天路，位置絕佳，步行1分鐘即可到湖邊步道，很適合休閑度假。尤其感謝前台Winnie，辦理入住很快，又有耐心，全程微笑

洲際的硬件和服務是比較穩定的，酒店離金雞湖近，早餐豐盛，入住前有小管家Sarah溝通，前廳大門有人幫拿行李。我的防曬服落酒店了，管家主動快遞，酒店的旅拍質量也不錯。整體感受不錯。

從在攜程訂好房 洲際酒店就有管家Cathy跟進服務 幫忙根據需求安排房間和停車事宜 房間安排了一間景觀很棒的湖景房 晚餐也由Cathy管家幫忙預訂了一樓米其林三星餐廳 菜品非常精緻可口 早餐也很豐富 東西種類非常多 很豐富的continental breakfast 最在意的水果品質也是很新鮮 總之住了一晚感覺特別舒服 下次還會再來
