酒店位置: 作為旅行來説，酒店的位置真的特別好，出了門就是平江路，一條最具蘇州歷史文化特色的步行街，剛到這個地方真的能讓我感受到，粉牆黛瓦、小橋流水的江南風貌。周邊又離拙政園和蘇州博物館很近。為我的旅行提供了很大的便利。
酒店環境：酒店一樓環境特別好，雖然外面是繁華喧囂的步行街，但一進入酒店大院就有鬧中取靜的韻味，酒店大堂特別古色古香，乾淨典雅。整體環境有種獨屬於江南的雅緻。酒店的房間十分乾淨整潔，舒適安靜。
酒店服務: 前台服務特別好，每位服務人員見到我都會主動向我問好，讓我有到被尊重的感覺，現在天熱，我剛來辦入住的時候就貼心的為我端上了酸梅湯，辦理入住的過程特別流暢，為我安排了我需要的房間，還有小姐姐熱情的為我講解了旅遊攻略和當地特色美食推薦，這裏也感謝前台小陳熱情的幫我拉行李送到房間還幫我連接wifi。在我有需求的時候，前台響應的速度也特別快，記得我不小心把外賣打翻在床上了沒過多久就有人來幫我換床單被套，幫我收拾垃圾，而且態度禮貌，讓我很是感動。最後走的時候還送了我當地特色的小扇子。

離拙政園，獅子林很近，晚上出了門20米就是熱鬧的大街，酒店的工作人員很熱情，態度服務很好，環境也很好，大家有機會去旅遊可以考慮哦，不錯

服務超級棒！客服朋友消息回覆及時，服務態度好，很耐心 我們被旅拍店坑了之後主動幫我們奔走維權，對於第一次來蘇州的我們來説真的超級暖心 這幾年很少遇到服務這麼到位的店家了😭
酒店衞生條件和地理位置也很nice，周邊美食很多，距離景點和評彈館都很近，強推❤️

姑蘇平江大院漫心府位於平江路北邊，步行5分鐘就能到獅子林，靠近拙政園、博物館，前台小哥小姐姐們辦理入住都很專業和熱情 快捷，早餐是蘇州特色的麪條、餛飩套餐 好吃！到這邊旅遊不用做攻略，前台會推薦 規劃好線路和景點，不錯 非常Nice，去山塘街聽評彈，新市橋碼頭乘坐夜遊古運河遊船還有車送。房間乾淨整潔 住着也很舒適，和朋友都很喜歡 拍了好多照片，我們下次還要再來蘇州，入住這家漫心府☀
