房間還可以，有窗户，窗户外邊就是綠植。離地鐵口有點遠，走的路比較多，一路走走走。設施還行，電視可以投屏。就在十全街上，美食很多！吃了原點食堂，泰柯茶園還有祥鑫早餐

地理位置沒話説，出門就是十全街。房間還算整潔，但是最差的就是衞生間。洗手枱後邊和旁邊有很多黴點，淋浴的玻璃門接縫處也都是黑點，讓人感覺不適。

整體一般般，就是一棟民房改造的酒店，沒什麼服務。在十全街上，但是離比較集中的吃飯的地方還是有點遠。酒店沒有洗衣設施不方便親子多天出遊。房間不新了但也不算很舊吧。面積小。床品還行，床軟硬適度。洗澡熱水充足，洗手間沒有異味。中規中矩，畢竟兩張大床的房型也不好找。
