第一次入住這家度假村，就被這裏的環境和服務深深打動！度假村的環境衞生優雅，彷彿置身於一片靜謐的世外桃源。而服務更是遠超五星級標準，尤其是管家餘婷，從我們抵達的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的關懷。管家不僅細心安排我們的行程，甚至在離店後還特意詢問我們是否安全到家，這份貼心讓人感動！
最讓我印象深刻的是入住當晚的晚餐經歷。當時正值雷暴雨，我們想去同裏一號·船餐廳用餐，但雨勢太大，正當我們猶豫時，**一位已經下班的服務員小哥**二話不説，冒着大雨開擺渡車送我們過去，即使衣服淋濕了也毫無怨言。到了餐廳後，服務員們更是熱情周到，見我們衣服濕了，立刻送上毛巾和吹風機，還特意贈送了餐廳的特色菜品，為天氣帶來的不便表示歉意。這樣的細節服務，真的讓人倍感温暖！

酒店很好，乾淨整潔，服務也很到位，有管家服務，此次管家餘婷服務特別好。同裏景區其實規劃很一般，倒是酒店各種項目很不錯。很適合帶娃出行。照片不愛拍，酒店自帶的基本就是反應了真實情況。

首次入住同裏度假村，感覺還是不錯的。到了就有管家服務，我們的女管家餘婷，非常熱情，服務周到，給我們推薦了不錯的景點，為我們預約了司機送去同裏古鎮。非常適合帶小朋友出遊。房間設施齊全。
