酒店很新，房間超級乾淨，泳池也很乾凈，小童樂園挺大的，值班經理安安提前就給安排了最高層的房間，服務非常熱情，總之這是一次非常滿意的入住體驗！

昨天入住東太湖皇冠假日酒店，整體體驗不錯。最令人印象深刻的是行政酒廊的服務，從下午茶到晚間餐點品質均佳，在此度過了愉快的5個小時。房間整體乾淨整潔，隔音效果出色，雖然景觀一般，但通風良好。特別要表揚值班經理安安的服務，在入住前就主動聯繫瞭解需求，入住期間的問題處理也都快速專業，體現了優質的服務水準。 不過房間設計上有兩點小遺憾：一是房門正對浴室區域，私密性稍顯不足；二是雖然辦公桌很漂亮，但電源插座佈局欠佳，桌上沒有任何插座，旁邊牆壁插座距離很遠，對需要辦公的住客來説略顯不便。總的來説，行政酒廊和服務是該酒店最大的亮點，值得給予好評，衹是在一些細節設計上還有提升空間。

I was very satisfied with this trip. Thanks to An'an for her service. I contacted the room in advance before checking in to inquire about my needs. The baby fence was installed as soon as I entered the door. There was a swimming pool that my husband liked and a children's playground that my baby liked. Good reviews. The buffet dinner and breakfast were also very good. There were a lot of varieties and the taste was very good. I could eat foie gras caviar in the evening and freshly squeezed watermelon juice in the morning. I will come again next time

It was beyond my expectation. I bought a superior room voucher with buffet dinner, and I noted that I wanted a quiet room when I made the reservation. When I arrived at the store, the beautiful front desk lady Nuo had arranged a quiet city view room (one level higher than the original room type). The room was large, well decorated, with a sense of design, large space and bright. The buffet dinner was great, with fresh ingredients, proper cooking and rich variety. The swimming pool and children's playground were all loved by the children. They played like crazy. They woke up at six o'clock the next day and fell asleep again at eleven o'clock. The beautiful front desk lady Nuo arranged a late check-out for me. Thank you. A pleasant experience, I will come again next time.

免費升了房型，房間視野開闊，可以遠眺到東太湖，夜晚燈火闌珊很有城市的煙火氣；房間整體空間還蠻大的，床品毛巾等乾淨整潔；衞生間乾濕分離，雙台盆兩人入住可以互不影響；房間電視機有投屏，特別喜歡，入住第二天晚上正好收看了英超直播；個人覺得唯一不足的是床偏軟而且貼着牆壁擺放有點不習慣。此次入住最滿意的是酒店餐飲，三餐都可以方便的在酒店解決，服務員大都禮貌熱情。榮小軒午餐的茶點全場6.8，榮府的午餐和晚餐有不同套餐可以選擇，酒店的自助早餐非常豐富，在我目前入住過的較多酒店中屬於排名靠前，由於週六入住率很高，看到週日早上用餐高峯時，服務人員對現場人員分流和引導井然有序，服務員收取空盤也很及時，體驗感不錯👍
