酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，步行10分鐘左右到達地鐵站、房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格現代簡約，設施齊全，床品舒適且衞生乾淨，酒店前台服務熱情專業，從入住到離店都讓人感受到無微不至的關懷，這家酒店的採光很棒，是在街上，房間本身的環境挺好的，很乾凈，住着很舒心 周圍飯店也很多，味道都不錯，下次再來蘇州的話還會選擇這家民宿的，體驗感特別好，前台小米特別熱心，幫了我們很多忙。

This is a group chain-operated homestay hotel. The service is very good! After booking a room on Ctrip, I received a confirmation call from the hotel almost immediately, and asked about the travel method in Suzhou (driving or high-speed rail), and was informed that free shuttle service (only from Suzhou Station to the hotel) was provided, and WeChat was added. After the WeChat friend application was approved, the staff immediately sent the check-in precautions, which was very careful and considerate. On the day of check-in, because I lived in the same room with my friends, I chose a twin room (tatami twin room). The staff also asked us considerately whether we needed to change to a parent-child room (two beds were placed in two compartments, and the space was relatively independent), which could reduce interference with each other during rest at night. In the end, we chose the original tatami twin room. The little surprise was that there was also a small tea room to meet my friend's habit of making tea wherever he went. On the day of check-out, because we were going out to check out later, we communicated on WeChat. The staff not only responded quickly but also said that there was no problem, so we didn't have to rush back. In terms of location, the hotel is only a 2-minute walk from Pingjiang Road, which is very convenient. The room is very clean and equipped with a Xiaomi air purifier. When I checked in, the room was not only cleaned, but the air conditioner was also turned on and adjusted to a comfortable temperature. The environment is very quiet at night, so you can rest assured. You can see the roof of the house from the room window, and there is a peaceful atmosphere under the moonlight. The only small drawback is that there is no elevator. My friend who checked in with a large suitcase (~20KG) was a little dumbfounded, but the front desk lady who received us picked up the suitcase and sent us to the third floor without saying a word. When we checked out, the front desk guy helped us carry the luggage to the first floor. Thank you very much! This stay experience is very good!
