Very good B&B. This is my fourth time in Suzhou. The location is very good, close to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove, and Pingjiang Road is also within walking distance. The owner is a very kind and enthusiastic woman. She solves problems in a timely manner and replies quickly. When I go out, I will give priority to B&Bs with female owners. The B&B is very clean and sanitary, the curtains are very light-blocking, and the pillows are very comfortable. It was a very satisfying trip.

The landlord was very welcoming and responsive, and the location is excellent, with famous attractions within walking distance. However, during our two-night stay, the house was damp and cold, with poor sound insulation, especially since the room was next to the kitchen next door. We could hear the noise of cooking in broad daylight, and smell the smoke coming in. In addition, the hot water supply was insufficient, and every time we took a shower, there was no hot water halfway through, so we had to use cold water to finish the shower, which was particularly inconvenient in winter, and the overall accommodation experience was greatly affected.
