這個酒店坑**，不僅前台員工忽悠住客，酒店領導甚至老闆均幫着前台員工忽悠住客。攜程平台客服聽了酒店前台員工和住客的通話錄音後，就連攜程平台客服都認為是酒店員工的過錯，這家酒店領導甚至老闆惡意授意，對住客的損失置之不理。這家酒店誰住誰倒黴。
