Environment: The hotel is perfectly located, right next to Li Baixie. The family king-size room we purchased through a Ctrip hotel group buy was right on the floor next to the signboard. It was spacious and spacious, and although it was on the roadside, it wasn't noisy and easy to get in and out of. Service: The shuttle driver at the hotel entrance was incredibly friendly, even driving a buggy to get us to and from the Linton intersection. The front desk, housekeeping, and other staff were all very nice. Amenities: The central air conditioning vent faced the bed, which was a bit cold. The TV in our room couldn't be cast to the TV screen, which was a bit of a problem. The hotel's disposable toothbrushes were too hard and uncomfortable. The braised pork noodles for breakfast were delicious. The lack of fruit and buffet breakfast on the first night was a bit of a bummer, and the breakfast coffee, latte, and milk weren't very good. The buffet on the second day was much better. The group buy included a generous afternoon tea, but since I bought two coupons for two nights, I only had one. However, my children got breakfast for free, and they gave me a lot of snacks before leaving, which made up for it. I came to experience this hotel as a former residence of a local celebrity. Overall, the service was excellent, making up for the shortcomings. I highly recommend it.

It is actually the same hotel as the Tanhua Mansion where I stayed last time. It is quiet in a bustling city, and the service is very good, especially the electric car driver is super nice!

Discover Suzhou again! We chose the Songmaoju Hotel, a hotel managed by the Yihe brand, a former residence of a prominent late Qing Dynasty official's wife. As soon as we stepped through the threshold, we were greeted by a rich sense of history and the gentle breeze of the late Qing Dynasty. Every time we opened the window or pushed the door open to enter the courtyard, the morning sun and evening sunset filtered through the window lattices and trees, and the essence of Suzhou melted into our hearts... The hotel management is remarkable: there's an electric car shuttle to the subway. Our manager, Zhang, was incredibly welcoming, either waiting at the subway entrance or helping us carry our luggage downstairs. 🌹 Our housekeepers, Xiao Wang and Xiao Liu, were incredibly responsive, taking care of everything from room type adjustments to extended check-out. They're truly excellent butlers available 24/7. The semi-buffet breakfast, a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, was exquisite and delicious. The teahouses along the river were warm and inviting. The American-style water heater in the room was a truly stunning touch, a first for any hotel in China and abroad. I loved it! This spontaneous trip to Suzhou with my children ended successfully with the warm company of Songmaoju. ㊗️ Songmaoju is getting better and better! Thank you 🌹 Thank you 🌹
