設施：酒店設施齊全，此次入住的房型還額外配有露台、湯池，公區有泳池和庭院，房間提前聯繫確認人數後還有加床服務，洗漱備品好像是寶格麗的，觀景窗配着電動窗簾和投影幕布，各種細節都令人滿意。
衞生：衞生可以，進入大堂和房間的第一印象都是明亮乾淨的。
環境：環境優美，西山島上的夏日，沒有太多的蚊蟲，恰逢陰雨天，清風和晚霞，讓整體入住的環境比預期還要舒適一些。房間的露台更是觀景C位，太湖和小島，樹叢和泳池，盡收眼底，此行有腿腳不便的長者，也在露台上、房間裏，度過了愜意時光。
服務：服務超出預期，因為畢竟是民宿，所以對服務不抱過高預期，但這家服務人員利落、周到的服務，和主動、順暢的溝通，真的令人印象深刻。還沒離開時，家裡小孩就在期待下一次入住了。
附送下午茶和晚安甜湯、歡迎水果、旅拍，讓整個入住體驗又增添了幾分驚喜，推薦入住。我
